Have you translated the theme files? And where you have uploaded the theme translation files I mean in which folder?

Sorry to say that this is not possible with the help of Theme Options. As you already know that we have used Woocommerce plugin in our theme and this is the default functionality of Woocommerce Plugin.

I’m trying to Reorder the Product Category Dropdown in the Search Bar: By default it appears to be alphabetical, so I ordered Products > Categories in the order I want and now, they are no longer alphabetical, but they are also not in the order I placed them in. I read another post where it was suggested to install the Simple Custom Post Order plugin but WooCommerce already provides a way to drag and drop the Product Category order and they are in the order I want, but not appearing in that order in the Search Dropdown. Using the Simple Custom Post Order, when I go to its Settings and check Product Categories, it actually changes the order in which I had already arranged them, so I unchecked that and they are back to the order I want…but not appearing that way in the Search Dropdown. In the Porto options, I do have “Show Categories” checked under the Search form, so they are indeed appearing, but not in the order I need. Can you provide some direction on how to order those the way I want? Thank you!

Actually, we are using the Free YITH Ajax Search plugin in our theme for search option. The order option is only available in the Premium YITH Ajax Search plugin here: https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-ajax-search/premium-settings/search-form/ so if you want to use that order option you have to purchase the plugin otherwise there is no option in the theme to achieve this.

Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file on your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

That is the cache problem, The best practice is when you are in development mode then disable all the cache plugins on your site and server too and remove site and server cache then finally check your site after removing the browser cache. hope your issue will solve if not then contact us through our support system so we will check and solve it for you.

This may because of the third party plugin confliction so please check your site after deactivating all the third party plugins on your site and then check hope you will not find an issue.

Hello! I have a problem with “Variation Selection Mode”. When i take name for attribute on Russian language, the name of variation on front in product cart will be decode and i see “38%20%u0441%u043C” instead like this “38 см”.
Please, help me, how i may do, that attribute name see on front correctly ?
In file inc/functions/woocommerce.php on line 1136 i found display a name, but dont understand, why on english language this display on front page good, and on russian language in other ecoding.

porto is not compatible with woocommerce 3.3.4 .
I update from woocomerce 3.2.6 to woocommerce 3.3.4 .
The varible poducts have problem , the unicode variable have not shown properly .
I think this is because new java script code does not support UTF urls for variables , but it already worked well in 3.2.6 .
I would appreciate if you check next version also with arabic language as url of variables . Thanks .

When I change the primary color or link color in the skin, it doesn’t follow through in the theme. Nothing changes. How do I do to change the primary color?
