Hi Magentech team, I saw that you just published an update of your theme… nothing in the changelog about speed optimisation. please can you just tell me if you’re currently working on a REAL speed optimisation of your template to reduce drastically the page load time (because I wait after your answer to know if I invest in your template) ... you’re currently at 11 sec to load any page of your template (report pingdom and gt metrix)

Hi, just wanted to ask if the Mobile specific layout is a complete set of separate files that would need to be maintained? Like if we update a module in the desktop theme, would it also need to be updated in the mobile specific template?

Thanks so much for being interested in our theme. The layout in desktop and mobile only are different in design. They will have the same modules. If you change something of module in desktop, it will be changed in mobile as well.

Hi Magentech team, Please can you try to find why your Market theme have a so bad response time (site very very very slow on your server) and the problem is not your server because I tested other template that you host on this erver who have good response time … so this is clearly a problem in the Market theme or in one of your component. I need to buy a M2 theme for my company during this week and I love your template design and features but it’s clearly not possible to use it for a production website (negative SEO impact with a so bad TTFB and lost a most of customers)... so please can you investigate and try to fix this because if you find the problem I buy it immediatly !

How can you say that 9.7 sec to load a page (in the GT metrics screen capture you sent me) is acceptable for a production website ?
How can you say … disable module to improve time … I’m also developer and I’m agree with you if we load many modules, we reduce the load time … but like you can understand if I want to buy your template this is especially because it include some usefull modules.
Also, there are a BIG difference between adding 1 sec to load time to load modules and 5 sec !

About webkul marketplace module, this theme is fully compatible with. You can buy it and install on our theme. If you need help, feel free to request support.
About Amasty modules, we are not sure, we need to check compatibility first. If you have, you can send us for check. If it works well, you can buy later. Anyway, our theme is built based on default magento framework, if this module works fine with default, everything will be alright.
We still do not see what is the meaning of the 3rd question , could you please clarify or give us screenshot?

We purchased this theme. Have lodged two tickets. Had no response or even recognition of the ticket lodged. Hard to tell you what the ticket number is when you don’t issue a ticket number. It seems that support for this theme simply does not exist. Shame on Themeforest for supporting this rubbish.

If you want to build the 2nd website or more, you need to buy the 2nd time or more. You have already use your purchase for current website. That’s why you can not download it again to build other websites. You just only can update file for your current website.

Hi Magentech, please can you tell me why your demo server have a very long “wait” (Time To First Byte) for the render ? tools.pingdom.com and Gtmetric give me each time 4.7 sec for TTFB (this value is not acceptable for a production website) ... I would like to buy your template because design is good but need to be sure to not penalize my website with a slow template.

Hi, I would like to have reviews of customers who use this template on Magento 2.2 about loading page speed ? I make some test on google page speed + gt metrics on the demo server of magentech and both test give very poor results with loading time between 8 and 12 sec for the homepage … don’t know if the problem is due to server capacity or bad coding

Hi Sir, I would like to know how work your mega menu for multi-sites do I need to recreate a menu thru your extension for each website OR your mega menu use the native Magento 2 category tree to automaticly create the menu ? I currently use Claue theme, and it’s not easy to manage the menu, because their menu extension need to be configured independantly .. so each time I need to add/modify an entry in the category tree of magento M2 I also need to apply the modif in the menu extension … if I buy your Market theme, I would avoid this ….
