Some users are using Ubermenu, but we don’t know if they had problems with integration. We didn’t tested the plugin and it is officially unsupported. As I can remember, there were several users who were using it, so you should contact plugin author since they are certainly familiar with possible problems and they should be able to assist if you encounter some issue.

Probably there is issue with cached data in your browser. Please clear browser cache, restart browser and then try to authorize to Ticksy with your Theme Forest account again, and you should be able to submit a ticket.

It is content bottom area. It can be set globally from Qode options, but it is probably set for just that page from per page options. This area is pulling content from specified widget area – custom widget area (Appearance > Widgets).

Demo contains some content, and usually they are using similar or same names, so importing another demo will overwrite content from previous one, and also all options for the demo will be replaced with options from new demo so only one demo can exist on single installation. If you want multiple demos then you need to install them separately – each demo on separate sub domain installation, or you can create WordPress network installation https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network

Each script or css file is separate request but theme files are already minified into several files, so your other requests are probably from additional plugins which you are using. Off course you can enhance this by using some caching plugin. You can try WP Fastest Cache plugin.

We are overriding some of default plugin functionality from within the theme. This is done in order to be able to achieve functionality and custom elements according to initial theme design and planned functionality, so some default WPBakery options or elements won’t be available. Also, you don’t need to purchase plugin separately since latest version will always be present with the theme when you install latest theme version.

Hi again! Actually I still have some issues.

I changed the h5 for mobile as you advised with the screenshot and it didn’t change the font size of blog titles on mobile. The mobile and table views all pull the same CSS as the computer screen…

.blog_holder.blog_gallery article .post_text h5 a { color: #fff; text-transform: none; font-size: 36px; line-height: 42px; font-weight: 700; }

If I change the above CSS, it affects the h5 size on computer monitors. I just want to make the h5 smaller for tablets and mobile. Could you please help?

Parallax image needs to be at least 2x container height but on mobile container becomes much taller and in general this effect was created for wide screens so it won’t work on most handheld devices but you can adjust it or maybe to remove effect for touch devices from Qode options > Parallax.
