Is there a way to deactivate the ajax function when using the pagination on category pages? We need to use the body classes (like .paged) on the page 2, page 3 and so on, but via ajax reload, these body classes will not be added. sorry for my bad english. hope you understand, what I mean.
We use a content-blog with posts/isotope element.

As you can see, we added the category description on the top of this category content-block. When you use the pagination at the bottom and switch to the second page, the description is still there. We want to hide this description on all category-subpages. WordPress normally generates css-body-classes “paged” for category-subpages. The uncode theme uses ajax page-reload when the user uses the pagination. In this case (ajax-page-load), the body-class “paged” is not added.
We would like to deactivate the ajax functionality and use a standard page-load instead. Or you can show us another way, how we can show the category-description only on the first category-page?!

Hi, ok but this is not the default WordPress pagination, this is the Visual Composer module, and it’s not expected to work as you request. Anyway the problem seems more that you have inserted the texts in the same row, in fact if you split the contents in different rows when you scroll up you are redirected to the Posts row like this example: https://undsgn.d.pr/kO7Ok9

I cannot import Demo. It does not seem to work on my computer. Are now trying to import single layouts. That does not work either since I cannot get any further in than markning what files I want to download. there are no button to get any further from there. i do not know what to do.

Is the “Add to cart” button in visual composer removed ? This will show in the basic VC but not on the one that comes with uncode.

Hello. I’m considering to buy your theme. Couple of questions first. 1.Do you have smooth way to add instagram thumbnail pictures in the footer or else where? It should update automatically. 2. Is there smooth way to add Facebook recommendations (with comments) on to the page? 3. Is there layout for blog listing, that is simply centered picture and text below? (like a facebook feed – don’t have look like that but with the same layout idea)

How do you change the size of a custom media icon? I want to add a ribbon of sponsors in the footer and have the logos all the same size.

You cannot modify the size of an media icon from the module options, this is also specified (https://undsgn.d.pr/X46jMU), anyway if these are SVG icons you can use this setting https://undsgn.d.pr/QhRSDC. Otherwise if they are images I suggest to not use the Icon Box module but the Media Gallery module as all the examples of logos you have in our demos, here we have more controls, it’s also more modular and simple to maintain.

Hi there,
I’ve just purchased this theme, but Wordpress won’t let me install it.
I go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme > Uncode.zip (downloaded from ThemeForest > Install
Once I click install, it tries for a few minutes, then produces the Wordpress failure notice.
It says “Are you sure you want to do this?” with a “Please try again.” link.
Could someone help please? I can’t believe it’s fallen at the first hurdle!

Please first verify you are in installing the file “uncode.zip” and not the main download from Envato, then in case you need to complaint your host for the service they are offering you, this is a popular theme and by the end is still not installed for incredible low server limits, in fact this is a generic error from WordPress if the host has upload limits, find more infos here: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214006185

Yes, this page is created with a Posts module but you can also use the Gallery module that has the same option. Yes you can add more than 3 columns, these are just option. No the social are fixed.

Good day, Thanks for the great theme – but how is there an xml structure that you can provide for importing media and applying the categories to the media files. I can manage to import the categories and the media however not able to automatically mark whether an image is from a specific category. Please can you assist – my support is no longer valid however if you can assist i will renew support if necessary.
Hi willder, once you install the Uncode Theme and demo contents you have an exact replica of the whole Uncode demo (http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/) just with placeholder images (https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/214001065), this mean that also images are reduced to not bloat the import process with thousand of placeholder images. This mean that you have just some categories applied to images just to show how they work. Maybe we are not understanding why you need a replica of all the demo categories applied to images, if you can explain this better maybe we can help too.
Hi Undsgn – Thanks for your response. I think there is a misunderstanding, we are currently using a plugin Wp-All-Import in order to speed-up the process of loading images and projects etc – however, we are not able to “mark/check” the checkbox for the media images when uploaded. We can add categories and add images however not mark which image is in the respective category.
The other problem we are experiencing is when using WP-all-import to upload images to the portfolio – because the media is using ID’s and not URL’s the images are not able to be loaded.
I realise that WP-all-import is not your plugin, so do not expect advice on that front however if you are able to provide advice regarding an XML structure to import media and link them to the respective categories that would be awesome.

Moreover if you have his problem now is because probably this is a new website (I don’t think you note this problem only now after more than 6 months you have bought the theme), so you should also have, according to Envato policy, a new purchase that give you also access to Support Help Center. We remember that with 1 purchase you can build only 1 site.

Unfortunately from the screenshots it’s not possible to check what’s wrong and for the above mentioned reasons we cannot request private access to your site (otherwise all customers with support expired should expect the same). Just a quick workaround, what happen if you copy the contents of the page to a new page? It’s a matter of second move the contents to a blank page to test. Let us know!

Hi, I’m trying to add social media connections through the theme options section, but for some reason I can’t see any icons in the drop down menu. Therefore, the icons are missing from the header and footer. The icons are available in posts or portfolio pages, though. I just reinstalled the theme but they’re still missing. Thanks!

Great theme – bought it 2 times and will do again in the future
If a list item has a long text which is in more than one row the second row is not beginning where the text of the element is beginning. it is under the icon. Which is not very nice.
How can i achieve that text is starting on the same position also if it has more than one text-row?
