Hi – I have been working with your theme for a while now, and has always been pleased, but now I have found an annoying bug.
When I am on mobile devices (seems like it is constricted to apple products) The menu does not work properly -
At first I thought that It was something on my website that caused it, but then I went into your demoes, and the same problem consists there.
When toggling the mobile menu, it is random if the list item elements is shown on the screen (see 3 screenshots), though if you press them or scroll the page while your finger is on one of them, they appear – also if you change any css in developer console, they will also appear.
I have tried to write a JS snippet, but it all ends up in it being laggy instead – so I decided to ask for your help.
The devices that I have tested with is the following :
1) iPad Air : A1475 (model number) – IOS 11.3
2) iPhone 5s : a1457 (model number) – IOS 11.3
3) OnePlus 3 : A3003 (model number) – OxygenOS 5.0.1
4) Huawei : ALE-L21 (model number) – Android 6.0
But the bug has only been present on the Apple products, which sadly, is used by a lot of people on our website. and it does not matter if I use Safari or Chrome.

This is fixed on one of latest theme updates, so just make sure that you are using latest theme version. Some demos are using older theme versions so issue can be replicated on demo pages. Fix for this is css code below:

I’m currently developing a website close to completion. Your theme came with the WPBakery plugin and I know support is limited to non this way, but when you have the time and willing to help, it’s much appreciated.
I managed to transfer the site to a new hosting company (Siteground) and I’m now trying to create a staging area so that we can test and develop new things with ease and not have to worry about breaking the live site.
Everything is working fine on my initial test location and now the new live/develop site location.
Problem:
Siteground has a build in Staging feature which is working great except that WPBakery plugin is not working/loading on pages.
I get the well known: “Elements within this list are deprecated and are no longer supported in newer versions of WPBakery Page Builder.” list at the bottom of the page and looking in the console i get:

Disabling the plugin makes this error go away and the page loads fine.
I tried:
- Disable -> Enable
- Disable -> Remove -> Reinstall from theme options -> Enable
- Clear cache
- Disable -> Remove -> manual upload -> Enable
Any idea what the problem is?

You can try this fix for WPBakery https://qode.ticksy.com/article/11730/ . In case that it isn’t working then you will need to contact hosting support. I remember one user who had same problem with staging enviroment on same hosting and their support managed to help. Unfortunately we don’t know what was the issue, but it is certainly hosting related since main domain is working, and since they were able to help.

fort some reason I cannot adjust the height of the header. It is locking to 280px high. I have selected a fixed header, and set 125 px initial and 125 after scroll but still get 280. tndermpart.wpengine.com

Thanks for a great theme so far. There was a WordPress update this morning to version 4.9.5 and we have bridge 13.5. We noticed the “side area” no longer works when viewing on an apple device (safari), it reloads the home page. It works everywhere else (desktop os’s, android, etc) and opens the side menu correctly.
Can you double check if this is a bug and how can it be fixed. For reference the site is: www.stogryn.ca (click on the blue man in the top right hand corner for side area)

Since side area is working on all other browsers it could be that issue is browser related, but to be sure, please update Bridge and all included plugins to latest version and test this again. Latest theme version is 14.1. Also, while we tested this on MacBook, we couldn’t replicate the issue.

Anchoring functionality exist when you set anchor ID for each row and when you append anchor to menu link, but unfortunately such functionality doesn’t exist for Vertical Split Slider.

You can import that demo on your local installation and to see which settings were used, and to apply additional css code. Since I think that demo use some css for Instagram section. Also, set Instagram widget image sizes to some larger size and not thumbnails.

Such an option doesn’t exist, so it is only possible to hide default title with some css code, and then to enable title area which will be displayed above post content.

I have set my Analytics ID in Qode> Options. According to German law, an IP anonymization must be given and the code should contain the addition “_anonymizeIp ()”. If this is the case? If not, how or where can I complete the code?

That is not the case for Analytics ID field, so you will have to add analytics ID manually. There are many suggestions on the web, like for example this one https://www.iubenda.com/blog/ip-anonymization-google-analytics-privacy/ and after configuring code with your ID just add it with some header or footer script https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/insert+headers+and+footer/

GDPR is new regulation, and WordPress and popular plugins like Contact Form 7, and WooCommerce for example don’t have built in functionality for this. Although there are no official announcements about updates regarding this, it is possible that there will be updates which will cover this, or maybe WordPress will add this in one of the updates. Right now you can only use some 3rd party plugin for this and to make sure that all user actions are covered according to regulation. This is off course website owner responsibility regardless of the platform which is being used.

Same theme is used in all theme demos, so it is same functionality, and you can change menu colors easily according to your needs.
