I’ve started getting this issue recently and am wondering what could be causing it? Every time the slider loads the slider goes black and it displays the following message:

Sounds like your SSL Certificate is outdated so I think it has nothing to do with Blade theme. I guess you are using Revolution Slider and not our built-in slider. If so, please check on their tutorials or contact our agents on our Support Forum to see if there is nothing more to share with you.

Hi, I see the contact form modal on the demo site. I can use that in the menu, or just in the topbar? I read the documentation ( https://docs.greatives.eu/tutorials/usage-of-modals-in-blade/ ) but, the id and class not solve the problem. I would like to add one Contact Us button for the menu, which is open the built in modal. How can i do that?

Hi Guys, purchased this theme a while back and use it with one of my clients sites. Support has expired but just have a quick question. He has the page loader disabled in general settings > theme loader but the loader is still appearing. Any idea why this might be?

Thanks for using our theme! There is an option to override this per page under Page Options > Extras > Theme Loader Visibility. Maybe this is the reason or a caching issue.

My support has expired but the theme is no longer working. Anywhere in the templates that need to call things such as “echo blade_grve_sidebar_class( ‘post’ );” are not returning anything. Is there anyway you can PLEASE help

Firstly, I can verify that Blade works just fine as it is. You probably mean that something is happening in your installation and not in the theme itself.
So, please double check that you are full updated, both theme and required plugins- http://greatives.eu/themes/updates/blade/ . Additionally, remove any custom code you have added and disable any 3rd party plugin you may use.

Hello, in my admin panel through the pages i want to edit and build i get 4 little pop up windows saying: the shordcode spacer not found. The shortcode box_icon not found. The shortcode gallery_images not found. The shortcode food_menu not found. It seems they just poped up since the beginning, did nothing apparently. What is the problem?

Hi there. since the update to the latest Blade theme, the Fixed Image CSS is broken. Across our main website, NONE of the Fixed Images stay fixed. So we have multiple rows where images are tiled. What’s happened???

Hello and congratulations for this great template. One question, try to leave only background image with footer in ULU but stay one white 90 pixels space between header and footer, maybe cause of grve-overlapping of header in ULU. Can i delete this white space?

Quick question: is Blade compatible with Woocommerce 3.3.4, or only up to 3.3.1? We are seeing lots of errors, and it could be compatibility issues.

Are you aware that the theme is causing products to not trigger “out of stock” in the system, after someone has bought the last item? We are on the latest of all plugins, and on the product page, “0 left in stock”, and the Add to Basket is enabled.

In case you have changed the Portfolio slug, you must go to Settings – Permalinks and click on Save Changes. You can also read this under Theme Options > Portfolio Options > Slug.

Your template looks great, and I have some questions before buying it, sorry I come from Joomla and now changing to Wordpress because Woocommerce and plugins, so some questions may seem silly.
Does support multilanguaje? Need to buid 3 language site
Does support all Woocommerce plugins, like Iconic Product configurator, DHL, Credit card payment, etc, to build a full Corporate and shop site?
Can I switch the color of headers, etc, to custom customer color?

1. Yes, sure you can have a multilingual site with any of our themes. Each one is fully compatible with WPML and Polylang plugins.
2. We can ensure you about the compatibility of our themes with WooCommerce but not with any other 3rd party plugin.
3. There are several options to customize your site as you wish.
