sorry but we have not tested ‘getresponse’ with our theme so I cannot say for sure if it will work or not. The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin Contact form 7- used to make contact forms bbPress- forum plugin BuddyPress- social network plugin Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site WooCommerce- eCommerce solution WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

I added youtube id at the video background section in the home page. when I went to home page by using laptop browser, it will autoplay video background. Unfortunately, I went to home page by using mobile browser, it won’t auto-play video playground. May I know this theme support autoplay video background at mobile version or not?

Since adding youtube id at the video background section in the home page and the theme only supports video background for desktop and laptop, may i know any configuration setting to ignore the video background on mobile devices and set image background on mobile devices when detecting mobile devices? This is because there is youtube icon on mobile devices.

here’s got reference : http://pengjoon.com/ on PC, there is playing video background while on mobile devices, it shows the picture. may i know the themes support this ?

I can see the button now, It was hidden behind the button https://www.screencast.com/t/4qH66jorRK2 Unfortunately that button comes from the video ifram itself. It is not controlled by the theme but rather by youtube. The theme cannot change the code from the iframe provided by YT. Sorry for the inconvenience.

just got the theme, but have few quastions:

2 – And after I choose a top menu style, where do I change the color?
3 – I cant upload any image, already created a php.ini file and uploaded it to the admin folder, but it does not work, I need help please ASAP

After upgrading the theme version to 8.7, there is an error in the Share button on the post. In the desktop mode, the last share button appears as a blank square, and in mobile mode, there are a small number of icon clusters.

We do not recommend using the divi builder on our theme as we have not tested any other page builder besides VC and our own tagdiv composer. You cannot use a category template for pages. A category template only works for category pages. It will not work on your homepage. Please use the tagdiv composer to create pages.

Hello,
You do not need to alter the php code in order to remove the sidebar for pages. On pages you can select a different sidebar where you simply do not place the ad spot or alternatively, you do not use a sidebar at all from the widgets area. You can create a sidebar directly in the tagdiv composer on a split row.

Hi,
I want to add different side bar for a category and its posts. If I change the side bar of category then the change is being inherited to all its posts. I want to do some alteration in this behavior. The alteration is like I don’t want to display the ad in sidebar of category page but I want to display the ad in all the post of the category.

In this case, you will have to choose a different sidebar for every post in particular belonging to that particular category. Each post can have a particular sidebar if selected on the post itself, and not left on default.

Hi,
Usually that error is the result of plugin conflicts with the theme. Try to deactivate all plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any installed caching and check again. That should remove the problem. If it does not then maybe you have some custom code that could be causing this. Or maybe modifications made to the theme files directly, or through a child theme.

theme website and docs doesn’t write about comments usage. Does it mean that WP default commenting and most used commenting plugins ( also social commenting: eg. FB, Disqus ) are working without issues with default WP post types? And what about custom post types commenting, in Newspaper?

Our theme uses the default WordPress comments only styled a bit differently. We have not tested comment plugins but we have seen both FB comments and disqus being used together with our theme even though we have not officially tested these plugins.

How do i remove the google ads on mobile I have already disabled it on theme but it still shows.

Bought your theme, 2 licences, we need some suggestions from you related to hiding the theme name from the source code. Like you did with your support page, (theme name showing up as ‘wp-content/theme/011’. Which are the plugins compatible with Newpaper or is there another way to do so ? Please advise

All of these information can be found through the theme core files. So, if you want to remove them you should search for them and remove it by yourself. Notice that we do not reccomend to do this thing, sorry!

Good Job, Your Newspaper Theme has all the advance option and gives the user many options to do lots of things.
Currently, I am using Publisher WordPress Theme for my 2 Tech Blogs and I want to change the current Publisher theme to Newspaper Theme but before that, I have some Pre Purchased Question with Suggestion:
First: Newspaper has built-in ads manager as per old Google AdSense Ads Policy i.e. 3 Ads per page. Do you have any plan to add Ads Manager like “Better Ads” available in Publisher WordPress Theme?? As Google AdSense has removed the limit of showing ads on post content. So that we can show 5-6 Ads within the content part of the long post automatically. (don’t want to use custom ads manually for every post)
Second: Can you provide Advanced Ads Support for Post Contents like Publisher:
1. Inside Post Content (After X Paragraph)—Most Urgent Requirement Add inline adds inside post content. You can add multiple inline adds for multiple locations of post content.
2. Middle Post Content Ads that will be shown exactly in the middle of post content.
And last but not least, we are also planning for the custom theme for our tech blogs, so can you provide us the services regarding the custom themes?
Your reply will be awaited so that we can take the decision whether to choose Newspaper for our project or not.

First of all, I will thank you for your interests in our items! So, please notice that our theme has been designed to be used only with AdSense and we will not implement another Ad System, like your above example, sorry! You can try using the AdRotate plugin if this will help you.
