Actually 404 is not a page and its default message. You can create your own 404 page and assign it from Theme Options > General > Page 404

About shop, You can’t use page builder for shop page only single products pages allowed page builder. You can enable page builder for products from Dashboard > WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Post Types and change it to custom then check post type product

We did not changed any settings of footer widgets in the update, If its possible for you provide us your site login credential, we will check your footer widgets. You can sent it via our profile page contact form.

Its important for google map to insert API key, you can get you own API key here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key

By one api key you can use multiple google map on page(s)

I found where was the problem, There was a problem with SSL connection and plugins assets, I added it to our next update list. For now I fixed it also on your site. I added your logo and only imported our fashion shop theme options and not content because you have content on your site. But still you can import any demos you want. Let me know if you found any issue with theme.

If you mean on mobile, Add below CSS to Theme Options > Additional CSS

PS. I do not recommend 2 columns on small devices because it may showing bad styling on small devices.

Looks good now. Do you have the CSS available that you used to fix the theme? Also, when will the new update be available?

Temporary add below code to Theme Options > Additional CSS

.elms_left, .elms_center, .elms_right {
    display: block;
    width: 100%;
}

Update will be ready in the next 5-6 days and you will get email notification.
