Hello. I am using Bridge them and have created a video banner., However the video takes forever to load in Safari but not other browsers? Did you optimize video in all three formats you’ve added? When it comes to ticksy, try to visit https://qode.ticksy.com from new browser because maybe ticksy remembered last session. Then you should be able to submit a ticket normally.

Yes i did upload all 3 formats although the .ogv gave me a little trouble. I tried to resubmit the ticket in the safari browser. I usually use Chrome and again it told me the same thing.?

I bought Bridge theme a few years ago and I noticed today that it doens’t work in tandem with the Modern Events Calander plugin from Codecanyon. If I renew support and install the newest version of Bridge will the theme be fully functional in combination with the aforementioned calendar plugin?

Probably there is some issue with resources, or some plugin conflict, so try to increase PHP directives like below:
max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 256M;

Hello, I’ve a problem with placing images in a post/page. I tried several times, with the latest theme, WordPress and all plugins off, but nothing helped. In a other theme the problem isn’t here. When you place an images nothing happens, sometimes the media doesn’t open either. It keeps loading but nothing happens. Can you give an update please?

Hi, I tried to update the WPBakery Visual Composer to the newest version (5.0.1) like you described on the support page. Unfortunately it installs version 4.11.1 again. Did i something wrong or is that version not supported and why is that? I read that you can buy the plugin seperatly as well, but would like to know your arguments first.

Actually, latest included version of WPBakery page builder plugin in our Bridge theme is 5.4.7 Here you could check how to update our theme http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/2-3-4-1-manual-theme-update/ There is no need to purchase plugins separately, since required plugins came bundled within our theme.

There is any option to have centered the logo and the menu ful-width on the right? I read that it’s not possible but, there is any option to custom it with some css, i coudn’t achieve it.
I woud like to have on the left side, the language selector of WPML, centered the logo and on the right side the fa-bars for the full-width menu.
