Hi, I’ve tried to use a social counter but I faild . I followed your instruction. Got a valid facebook app, app ID, app secret (btw: there is no “app secret” field in your widget, there is only Facebook Security Key) but the fb counter still show 0 fans instead of 22400 what is true number. What did I do wrong? You can see my social counter on radioklinika.pl

Unfortunately due to recent events, Facebook changed their code and some keys no longer work properly. Please try to create a new Facebook app and generate a new Facebook key. some keys simply stopped working while some work as expected. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it as it is a Facebook side issue.

Witth all due respect.. don’t you think that it’s very important feature and you should pay strong attention to solve this? Addthis and many more suppliers can do this in right way. Sorry but our theme does not have this functionality for the moment. We do plan in the future to change the functionality of the templates so you can have better control over all templates of the theme but for the moment, this can only be done by altering the them files and code.

Sorry but in our theme the hamburger menu only shows up on mobile devices. It cannot show on tablets or desktop. Our theme has multi-purpose possibilities though and a template without menus altogether. Please check these few multi-purpose demos:

Hello,
Please remove any custom css you might have added to the theme and disable all plugins except the page builder. Clear all caching afterwards and check to see if the problem is still there. If it is, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a username and password so we can login and investigate.

How can I enable the “Post Settings” box for contributors?

Our theme does not change the default user roles and capabilities of wordpress. Contributors do not have permissions to access the theme panel or theme options including post settings. If you need contributors to have this permission, you will need to edit the default user roles of WP.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Unfortunately since the plugin is not tested with our theme, we cannot offer any help in implementing untested plugins. The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin Contact form 7- used to make contact forms bbPress- forum plugin BuddyPress- social network plugin Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site WooCommerce- eCommerce solution WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not. You can use either the tagdiv composer or visual composer, but if your plugin conflicts with both these plugins. then there is no alternative except hiring a freelancer to help with the modification required to make the plugin compatible with the theme.

Our theme will ignore the more tag in posts. You can only use the more tag if you use a blog page from wordpress (non-static homepage) and then use module 15 on your blog and post template selected from the template settings of the theme panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/rR6oIPMk54

I’m not sure what you mean about the thumbnail and featured image. Our theme already uses thumbs of the featured image on blocks. There are blocks that show the featured image and blocks that do not show the image. 1. Is it easy to ad NON adsense ads? Like simple images with links for our own ads that we want to promote? If so how?
2. Is there any way to show more than just "Latest Articles" in the mobile theme?3. Is it possible to add a custom post type for "Podcast" so that audio can be displayed in a playlist similar to videos?4. Changing the content on 404 page, from what I’ve read needs to be done in the PHP file. IS there an easier alternative, or can you in future update give access to page so that it can be modified?

The mobile theme has a fixed layout in order to provide top loading speeds: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you need to show the exact content as the desktop theme, simply uninstall the mobile theme plugin. The theme is already responsive without the plugin. The mobile theme is an alternative to the standard responsive version of the theme.
3. It is possible but only through coding or plugins. The theme has no cpt creation options and no audio playlist options. You can embed content from audio networks though.
4. For the moment, the only settings available for 404 pages are found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/s3bAnUXL Any other change needs to be added using the php file In the future we do plan on changing this implementation though.
