Hi, may ı kindly ask an information about the regular Licence that ı want to purchase from Codecanyon. With this licence can ı design only one website or after ı finish one of them’s setup can ı use the licence on another website which is registered on an another domain. I want to learn this cause some sellers allow this but some of then dont allow and ı cant use the licence for more websites and it gives error Code. How is your system?

When I try to set or change colors wether is on buttons, text, header, etc it won’t let me the place to enter the HEX numbers or to select the color it won’t let me its just blank here is a screenshot http://jncastillo.com/colorunable.jpg I only have a few plugins installed and i tried disabling them but that didn’t work, I don’t have any custom scripts running so i don’t know what can be, have you guys had this kind of problem before? and btw all the plugins, theme and wordpress are all updated

Did you optimize video in all three formats you’ve added? When it comes to ticksy, try to visit https://qode.ticksy.com from new browser because maybe ticksy remembered last session. Then you should be able to submit a ticket normally.

Yes i did upload all 3 formats although the .ogv gave me a little trouble. I tried to resubmit the ticket in the safari browser. I usually use Chrome and again it told me the same thing.?

I bought Bridge theme a few years ago and I noticed today that it doens’t work in tandem with the Modern Events Calander plugin from Codecanyon. If I renew support and install the newest version of Bridge will the theme be fully functional in combination with the aforementioned calendar plugin?

Probably there is some issue with resources, or some plugin conflict, so try to increase PHP directives like below:
max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 256M;
and also try to disable all 3rd party plugins one by one and test again. If you continue to have problems, please submit a private ticket at https://qode.ticksy.com and provide WordPress and FTP admin credentials in your ticket.
