Hi, in the documentation i found the follwing information: We used the following image sizes on our demo sites: Catalog Images: 300×400 or 300×300 Single Product Image: 500×666 or 500×500 Product Thumbnails: 90×90

But on my site the single product image is displayed with a size of 544×544. Please have a look here: https://stagingjustbottle.sergemeier.com/shop/fingerring-rosa-von-h-kollektion/

Most of my images have a size of 500×500. Is there a way to change the single product size in the theme to 500×500?

For changing the image sizes please read the below-given Links docs:

And after changing the image size you must have to regenerate all the image thumbnails from Tools >> reg: thumbnails.

Thanks for the information. I can make images smaller but not bigger, correct? This is my problem. With the old themes pictures 500×500 where fine and I have uploaded images only with a size of 500×500. Now I need the images with a size of 544×544. An can not make the images bigger. I have to upload all images again :-( or I change the theme to show the images in a size of 500×500. Is this possible?

Actually i have a very strange problem.. My hosting on Wpengine, I build the website on sub domain .wpengine.com When i migrated to my root domain after finishing the website, i lost the fonts :( i deleted them and re uploaded them still not working, deactivated the child and reactivate the original theme, still not working, any idea why ?

Go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Typography and set Font again for all the parameters and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Please download the latest translation files from given links below and upload these files to wp-content/languages/themes then after that you have to select the german language from Wp-Dashboard >> Setting and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

1. Yes you can change the size/color/font of the Add to Cart button by using Custom CSS after purchasing and using Porto WordPress contact us through our support system so we will provide you the Custom CSS.

2. You can use VC Element Countdown timer in a Block and that Block you can use on the single product page tabs.

3. You can add Trust Badges on the sidebar of the single product page by using Widgets easily.

1. We have hide this message box VC element in the theme because of no use of it. But if you want to enable it please edit the wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/shortcodes.php file search the ” vc_remove_element(‘vc_message’);” and remove it from the file and save the file. You will see that the Message box VC element back for selection in the page.

I had this error “Your theme (Porto) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files” so i did they previous update and it worked. I then had to upgrade to WC 3.3.4 and now i get the “Your theme (Porto) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.” error again. I have installed your latest update.

PS: Today WooCommerce 3.3.5 was released.

A long time ago, 2014 we bought this template for one of our wordpress.

The issue is that we are going to update the web and we have seen that we have no option to download it because the author has removed the themeforest object.

From what we see, you have had to change it.

The website that uses the porto theme of 2014 is http://www.transportessegundogarcia.com/

And we would like to know if we bought a license from the current template (although it should not be, because we bought it at the time) if we update the theme manually by FTP, if the web would still be the same or there would be some change in its appearance .

after update port theme form 4.1 to 4.2 getting error “There was a problem with your action please try again or relod the page”

We have tested our latest Theme and do not find an issue.

1. Please check that your server requirement must meet the latest Theme and Plugins minimum requirement if not then set it first and then update your theme again.

2. Please disable your site all third party plugin and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:

1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme) 2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme) 3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes. 4. Extract the zip file of the theme there. 5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.

Your theme will be updated easily.
