Dear Code Team,
I have two big problems with the bridge theme with woocommerce and I hope you can help me with them because they cause lots of trouble.
1. The Cart page is for 1000px and below screens not really responsive. The buttons are flipping out of the screen and the table is too big.
2. The checkout placeholders are set to a value which can not translated by polylang.
The problem affects all fields, apart from the billing_address_1: “house number and steet name”
I use the page bi-ligually so it needs to be automaticly translated if you swap the languages.
I hope that you can help me with my problems and fix them.

I already fixed myself, but I guess is a theme problem with Visual Composer.

It’s a great theme with a lot of options. There is one thing that is REALLY annoying: you cant’t choose an icon from an icon gallery like in most of the other themes.
You have to go to the icons homepage, have to find the icon you like, go back to your backend, have to scroll into the shortcode, the shortcode you found isn’t (for any reason) available und you have to search onother shortcode that sounds like the one you wanted but doesn’t look like what you were looking for.
PLEASE make the icon arae useer friendly (like in all the other themes)! Thanks!!

Thanks for your quick answer. The screenshot shows exactly what I mean. You have a list of icons but you can’t see how they look like. (you have to go to the icons pages and have to do the things I wrote above.) Every other theme I used before shows a gallery with all the icons. You can see them directly in the theme backend and chose the one you like. That is quick and very user friendly. The list version like in your theme is very annoying. It would be great if you change that in one of the upcoming updates. The rest of the theme is easy to use und really good. Regards Joe

Hello! I have the last updated version and I was trying to import Bridge 153 but it seems to be a problem. Everything is imported but the pages. I just need to know how highlight texts like that demo. I have tried putting this code in the text but it doesn’t work. When i put the “background transparent”, the highlight disappears. Thank you! i have just solved it. I already had that code in Custom Css, but i had to add ” z-index: 1;” to highlight class, because the text was in a box with a color background, and the highlight was behind that background! Anyway, thank you for your help!

Love your theme but as marhab above me stated, I think there is a lot of room for improvement on performance.
I know a theme with this many possibilities and freedom have to have a lot of js and css but is there not a way to optimize whats getting loaded vs whats needed/used on a particular page?
Example: for every jQuery effect it loads an other javascript file (14!), is there not a way to combine these in 1 or just skip where not needed? A lot of http requests are being made here.
Again, this is not meant to be seen as an attack, I love the theme.

Hello, Gentlemen, such a small suggestion. Maybe instead of adding 400 demos, do some work on performance? The pagespeed insights are not very satisfactory. And this is not about image optimization .. loading so many css and js files at once even on a simple page generates a lot of problems

Thank you for taking interest in our Bridge theme.
WordPress 5 will continue to use custom meta options, so all theme options will stay intact. Regarding new editor, it will work on posts and pages, but off course if users want same look and feel like in theme demos, Visual Composer is preferred and required page builder, and other themes with custom page builders will continue to use them. New editor is great improvement but it cannot replace features and functionality of custom page builders offered from different plugin authors.
