I installed Thrive Leads, to create popup forms.
When I try to edit the design, a new window opens and I can choose a template. But, after choosing a template, the window is blank with two lines “: illegal offset type in isset or empty in online”. And I can create/edit the form. Here is a screenshot : https://cl.ly/0q3Y1d3o1F10
After changing the theme to a WordPress default theme, the lightbox template loaded without an issue.
Do you have any idea of how to solve it please ?

Other question : after changing the theme, it removed all widget informations, and considering the footer is coded in the widgets, it removed it also.
Is there any way to restaure the default widget configuration ?

To see the problem : WordPress Backend -> Thrive Dashboard -> Thrive Leads -> Leads Group -> Test Group : Then edit existing form (Lightbox) or create a new one. When you try to edit the template, the problem occurs.
This issue doesn’t occur when I come back to the WordPress default theme.
Important Thing : Changing the theme to the WordPress detaulf theme removes the sidebar Widget (and footer). So if you want to perform this, please be careful.

I asked the Thrive lead author but, since the plugin thrive leads works properly when we deactivate Eduma theme and set WordPress default theme, they said the problem comes from the Eduma theme so they told me to ask you about this.

I took the liberty to change the theme temporarily to WordPress default one (Twenty Seventeen) to aid my investigations.
After I have changed the theme to a WordPress default theme, the lightbox template loaded without an issue.

I wish I could help you further, but since this is happening with a 3rd party theme, I’m afraid that there’s not much we can do. Additionally, our plugin is built and follows according to the WordPress codex.

My footer disapeared. This is probably caused because you’ve put the default WordPress Theme and that remove the widget (considering the footer is coded in the widget section). I understand that you’re working on the issue so this is not a problem if you put it back afterwards. Can you just think about it please ?

It’s been around one month that we are dealing with this problem and : - the issue is not solved - my website footer disappeared after your last attempt (I just put it back) - and I absolutely need the Thrive Leads Plugin
Could it be possible to set a deadline to solve the issue ? If it’s not possible, can we consider that you refund me, and I uninstall your theme ?

I am trying to make a simple course with a single quiz that people can do without an account and for free.I have tried setting the ‘No Enrollment Required’ option, but now when I start a quiz, it automatically skips all questions and you fail.
When this is not checked and you need to have an account, the questions are not skipped.
Am I doing something wrong?

Can you explain to me how the Thim: One Course Instructors element works? When I add that to my page, I don’t see any of my instructors listed, only the admin.
I would use Thim: List Instructors, but I don’t like the visuals of that element and I can’t find a way to change those. There are almost no element settings, so I can’t change anything. Like showing full text instead of an excerpt. Or how big the photo shows. Am I missing something?

The buttons are aligned now but the Syntax errors are still present. It only goes away when I disable the Social Login (miniorange) which is not what I would like to do. The main problem is that it hides the ReCaptcha when enabled….

Well, Social Login plugin works well with the test (http://learn.crackt.com.ng) website which has all same plugins as the main site…
I am really disappointed after all the efforts and time spent. I will have to re-install Wordpress and start afresh… but might loose a few users who have not actually bought anything though…

Having a lot of problems with this theme. The membership plugin is not working, The shortcodes are not working on the membership pages – even on the demo I’m using (Ivy League). Spend a ton of wasted time trying to get it to work.
