Hi im working with this theme purchased by my boss and i’ve installed wordpress in a subfolder so when i removed the subfolder from the website url (domain.com/) the logo and the home menu still links to installation folder (domain.com/site/) how can we fix that? thanks.

as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means you did never bought this theme from this account. And because support is for our customers only, please send message using proper account. Or if you can’t, you can ask the license owner to gave you his access to support forum and post your questions there instead.

Hello we have big problems with your theme 
on our workingspace we have registered be theme for long time … now we have move it to a liveserver now.
But now on Theme Options comes a warning that we must buy a new license. That we have done now !
As next we have registered the new license on the liveserver … but nothing works!
All “Theme Options” show options for 2 seconds then comes a blank field.. We cannot use it now
This is a shit with your registration system. 100% the issue comes from there.
We need help very quickly

Hello Guys, We have serious issue with our website www.pbexpo.org when we try to update pages added or delete the contents its not reflecting the changes. We tried cache plugins and every thing. Ok, we see. But, the only way to have 2 boxes in one line on mobile, you have to use custom css:

Hi, I really like your theme and work. I want to but the license. The only thing which is holding me back is the ‘visual composer’ . Are you planning to get way from it? and develop your own page builder? or may be use any better page builder like elementor or other? I am ready to pay extra for that..Visual composer is not good. Many envato developers are moving away from it. Do you have any such plans in future updates? Thanks

Visual Composer is only additional plugin for those who really wants use it. However, all pre-built websites were made with our own Muffin Builder so don’t have to use VC plugin.

BeBiker pre-built website has WooCommerce installed so before its import, you have to install WooCommerce plugin if you want to import media that has failed before.

There is no problems in the new version because we already checked on our end and everything works seamless. In such case, we recommend to remove all theme files from FTP, upload the new version and install all necessary plugins. After that, please do the import once again.

if your developer did not changed any theme files, then you shouldn’t worry about the update. However, if he did modifications, then you should contact with him and ask what he did exactly.
Basically, update process is very easy. All you have to do is remove whole /betheme/ folder from your FTP and then upload the newest version instead.

Firstly thanks so much for creating such an amazing theme. It’s superb.
I am having an issue with the display on mobile devices on my website. There is a section to the right of the page that contains no content, essentially the max-width is not 100% on any mobile device.
Is there something simple I am missing or a line of code that can fix this?

I need to update a Site using this Theme, but I can’t contact those who made the Site in the beginning. Unfortunately the customer had no idea it was going to need a purchase code / license code.
Maybe the License Code is somewhere in the WP Admin and I didn’t find it? Don’t think so..
Maybe using the site Domain, you could find the old license, and give us the Updated Package for Theme and Visual Composer?
