As you know that we have used Woocommerce Plugin in our theme and woocommerce has it’s default functionality and it does not allow step by step checkout process like you want so it is not possible with the help of Plugin or Theme Options so you can use any third party plugin for that but as your own risk.
We have searched and finds some plugins for you:

I am interested in porto theme but I have a question Is the theme version 4.3.0 compatible with WPML package ( with all its plugins ) ? because a lot of people in WPML forum say that when they try to activate WooCommerce Multilingual plugin they get white screen in all pages of the website and their websites broke please do not say that it is fine with the plugin because the problem exists and I faced it with a client (friend) of mine please help me with this problem as I want to buy the theme but I am afraid from facing the same problem

Well i have found the reason to many of your problems that appear around with your different customers websites and NOT in your demos. The most ridiculus thing i have ever seen.
I did a new clean install on one of my old domains. Installed everything from scratch. Then imported the shop2 demo which i am using in my other sites and found that site was looking not good but ok and similar to your demos. Still many issues to fix, like the mega menu where colums does not work, all show up in one line and going long way outside the container width + +.
Then i went into theme options and there i found 120 lines of custom CSS. I removed your custom css and ALL the issues as mentioned 100s of times before did appear???
How can you guys belive that when you release a theme update filled with issues (and you have solved all of them in your demos using custom css) that your customers should know about this necessary custom css????
Go ahead and remove all custom css from your demos, show your customers the truth and do NOT post here in the forum that you have checked your demos and can not find any issues as it is a BIG LIE.
Since v4.0 i have moved in 8-900 lines of custom css and now with v4.3.0 i need to move in another 100 lines of css to fix your terrible work.

Also you can login to your demo shop2 and in the top navigation menu set the About Us link as child of the My Account link. Then you will see the same white arrow as added using custom css to the main menu drop down.
The custom css you have used interfere with the ui also in the top navigation menu.
When adding changes to main menu you must use #main-menu class to separate the changes from the other menus.
Anyway most of it can be fixed with more custom css, not a good solution. The biggest issues is the backend SSL conflict with porto that makes backend hang/block now and then and make it not possible to work easily. Tested now with many themes and everything works ok til i activate porto.
Then ofcourse the issue with the missing availability messages for variable products is important to fix and attribute buttons issues.
Another serious issue i have pointed out many times and many weeks ago and you just said that you had tested your theme and could not find this issue.
If checking some of today/yesterday forum posts you will find other getting the same issue.
As mentioned i have setup a fresh install using shop2 demo and when i go to edit a attribute (Products -> Attributes) we get a fatal error from ”/wp-content/themes/porto/inc/content_types/product.php on line 275”
This fatal error is found in my now 4 installs since version with the new attribute selector using buttons and colors was released.
All site themes uploaded via cpanel or ftp. Latest install was uploaded several times via cpanel.
You can not see the issue other than if you click to edit / configure attribute terms the page loads without the terms list. Please check your forum and you will see other having the same.

OR simply check your code and you will see that too few arguments is passed. And this is causing the fatal error.
The fatal error can be fixed using the below updated code:

You have to use these two elements showing in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/j7a5zm and set the Porto Product Category element setting like showing in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/j7a608 and then check your site hope you will not find an issue. But for all of that you must have some products on your site and Product categories assigned to those products as well.
After updating it to latest 4.3.0, there is a problem in Mobile Sidebar which become visible in Desktop screen just below Footer Area.
In desktop I have two Sidebar, one in normal position just left of content area and other is at extreme bottom of page.
In mobile, I can see a huge white space at extreme bottom of footer.
So temporarily, I switched OFF the Sidebar for Mobile from Porto Theme Option Panel (Option > General > Show Sidebar in Navigation on mobile: OFF). Its fixed the bottom area issue but in my mobile the Sidebar is not visible.

We have tested our latest Theme and do not find this issue, the issue is at your end it must be any third party plugin confliction issue or cache issue or your server mismatch requirements with the themes causing damage to theme files.
So we have to debug your site but after extending your support extension because Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

more problems since this new theme update, now the product filters do not work as they should, on my site its almost completely random what products are being pulled in using the search filters, and, if, when on the category page and you click to change a filter it looses the category and just pulls in any random products, a complete mess now

Hi, just a quick question (welll a quick one, dont think i need to purchase support to ask something like this or you should place a FAQ page for such questions) i have on my WP site Porto version 3.6.3 and want to update to the latest version on this theme. I already updated to WP 4.9.5, is there specific documentation to show us how to do that, or as a i have a Porto child theme, just by erasing the old Porto theme (v. 3.6.3) and uploading the new version of Porto theme would be good to go for updating to latest theme version, same procedure with plugins like Visual Composer, Ultimate Add Ons and Revolution Slider (that come with the theme) ?

Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:
1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.
Your theme will be updated easily.
Note: Please take a complete backup of your site before update the theme and also deactivate/delete these three plugins (Porto Widgets, Porto Shortcode, Porto Content-Type) before an update because in our latest theme we have made a new Plugin named Porto Functionality is combination of these 3 plugins so before install Porto Functionality you must deactivate/delete those 3 plugins and in our new update also Ultimate addon for Visual composer Plugin is also excluded, the elements which are used in the site of Ultimate Addon we add those elements in Porto Functionality so no need to worry but you can use Ultimate Addon for visual composer as well it is up to you.
But First please make sure your server requirements is meet with the latest Porto WordPress theme requirement if not then please make sure to set first server requirements.

ok … 2 versions later and the option Copyright Position Center is still bugged…. (Theme options > footer > Copyright Position > Center) when will this be FIXED ! have a ticket about this since 2 months ago support ticket #26836 Copyright Position Center bug!!
they told me this would be fixed “Sorry and I apologize again that this is a problem in the theme and I am forwarding this to our development team and they will fix it soon with the new theme update” it has been 2 months … still not fixed.

You do not need to hard paste the code into WP Directories, If you want to make migration from localhost to server just use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ please read and follow the instructions written on the doc and please make sure before migration that your live server on which you want to place/run your site has perfectly matchy the latest Theme and Plugins minimum requirements.

That is the cache problem, The best practice is when you are in development mode then disable all the cache plugins on your site and server too and remove site and server cache then finally check your site after removing the browser cache. hope your issue will solve.

It seems the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file on your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

Another messed up theme released today. Now i am really wondering what is going on, and why you do not fix all old issues before adding new problems.
1. The large search form in header still goes over 2 lines. 2. Contact info in mobile view still mess up the header. 3. The attribute buttons in single products now display parantheses ok but butons does not work, buttons are dead if attributes like Size M (20-24) is used. 4. If attribute dropdown is used the Clear selection link is misplaced. 5. If you select any of the variables of a product the price does not appear, only main price changes. Also the availability message does not appear on variable products, customer can not see if variable is in stock or not. 6. Still no box/frame around error/success messages so it looks like these important messages is just thrown into the page. 7. If you now hover the mouse over the main menu in header it does no longer open the dropdown above/on top of the menu line, it increase the height of menu line and make the entire page content to move down a few px. 8. Tabs in single products has dissapeared, just a single line of text and there is no padding in the content of tabs making it looking very bad and content falls very close to the sidebar content. 9. Border above product metas has dissapeared. 10. Still no color on the rating stars. 11. Any widgets used in single product sidebar still looks bad with no padding. Padding also missing for the toggle option. Just add the category to your single product sidebar and see for yourself. 12. If you have only 1 product in stock the add to cart button appear with the – + sign just in front. Old issue which looks bad. 13. Some buttons get a 2-3px border around on click and some buttons not. 14. Before the availability text there now appear this text string “Availability:” Why is that?? The availability text itself already explains the meaning of itself.
This is just what i have found after a quick look around and it is not at all what i have paid for. ALL issues i have always had to solve myself because support has not been able to see the issue or provide other fixes than custom css.
When i bought this theme some years ago it was because of its design. Today it is totally changed and not what i have bought. The termination of porto theme started sometimes after version 3.5.1 and since issues has just escalated and never beeing fixed.
Version 4.3.0 is the worse release since it all started.

Then start on the frontpage, look at the main menu in header and see how the fadedown of the popup works. Then look at the sidebar in archive pages and sidebar in single product pages. And ofcourse the content / tabs etc. in the single products. Start with the test site (using v4.3.0) then compare with my old live site.

The issues you are facing is just the CSS issues and those issues occur because of the server requirement not meet the latest Theme and Plugins minimum requirements or because of Custom work you have done on your site or because of the Theme is not uploaded/updated properly that is why those issues occur.

And new update always took some new things/design that is why the new updated Theme is changed the little bit in design as compared to 3.5.1 version.

Well.. I have been working with WC plugins for years and know all about requirements and cache. Server settings is way above your requirements and my test site has NO customizations. And i always test by installing through envato plugin and if issues found i re-install using ftp and cpanel.
If you look through ALL your demos you will find issues, very old issues. But not all because your demos does not use category widget in single products or largs search form without category selector. (the latest was found in shop13 or 14 earlier but now its ok probably because the category selector is enabled).
BUT if you do a google search you will find MANY websites using Porto and with the same issues i have pointed out + a lot more issues.
To all your design changes i just have to say that when i am using lots of money purchasing a red car i do expect that car to stay red til myself and no other than myself decide to change the color.
Also with v4.3.0 the backend / wp-admin has been a lot slower than before if SSL is in use. Porto settings hang for minutes and block for other options.
I have a ticket about this but you have looked into the problem 2 times without even see the problem. Server tech has looked into it, WC support and others and all have directed the problem to Porto theme. Which is easy to understand because the only plugins/themes in use is the required ones. And if i deactivate porto everything works perfect.
Please use 2-3 hours and go through your forum here, check your demos and you will find every single issue over and over again.
