Why are you lying to @212dsgn? I have now installed several of your demos and the latest install had 162 lines of custom css. And even when i checked out the demo products i did find several lines of custom CSS.

When i remove all this custom css i get all the issues + many others that me and other of your customers complains about.

Customers purchasing porto within the last 3-6 months will most probably not get all these problems but your old customers that purchased porto before you started to solve issues using custom css will ofcourse face big problems.

We did not lie to the @212dsgn. And we have added this custom CSS as a part of the Shop 2 demo, if you will delete it then you will face issues in the demo design so please do not delete the demo custom CSS when it will be imported with the demo installation.

Yes, and some of these custom css i found necessary to move into my old site to get rid of issues from your latest update. I am talking about mobile header and the fact that page content was moved down 3px when i hovered over the menu with childs.

This means that you have added updates in core that will not work nicly with many sites WITHOUT owner going through settings in theme options and make the necessary changes OR like i did just adding in some lines custom css found in your demos.

The bad thing with this is that on every update you deliver i have to add new custom css because of missing padding, missing margins or to big margins + + +

This is very bad developer work and will as you already have seen fill up your support system with support requests.

So all customers using older versions (before all these custom css) will like myself face many css issues.

When you do customization in the Theme whether it is core files customization or Custom CSS customization those changes will be override when you updated the Theme that is why you have to customize the Theme in the Child Theme every time then it will not have any affect on your site when you update the Theme and same as in your case the Custom CSS you have put in Theme Options that Custom CSS will be override by the new Theme update.

And we always want to make best design of our Theme that is why we changes some of the design of the Demos and for that little bit change we added Custom CSS in Theme Options and when you import the Demo that Custom CSS will comes in your Custom CSS section.

Sorry to say that dear but we do not use Custom CSS for making Demos pretty we have used Elements like you have used it on your site and again I told you that If you have an issue then you have to contact us through our support system with your site Login details so we will solve your all issues.

Without having an issue or if we are unable to solve your issue then you may have requested a refund but without it, it’s difficult to proceed refund once you downloaded the template. Thanks for your understand.

As you know that we have used Woocommerce Plugin in our theme and woocommerce has it’s default functionality and it does not allow step by step checkout process like you want so it is not possible with the help of Plugin or Theme Options so you can use any third party plugin for that but as your own risk.

We have searched and finds some plugins for you:

2. https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-multi-step-checkout/
3. https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-multi-step-checkout/

Please teste these plugins with your site and check which one works perfectly for your site as we have not tested those plugins with our latest theme so we are unable to give you the guarantee.

Hi, I used theme shop 15 (Porto theme). I have some problems: 1. When I click “Quick View” it don’t show thumbnail’s products (http://prntscr.com/j7hwa7). 2. When I click any product. It’s don’t show gallery like demo theme shop 15. And It’s don’t zoom when I move mouse on the thumbnail (http://prntscr.com/j7hwx2 ) 3. I am interested in porto theme but I have a question Is the theme version 4.3.0 compatible with WPML package ( with all its plugins ) ? because a lot of people in WPML forum say that when they try to activate WooCommerce Multilingual plugin they get white screen in all pages of the website and their websites broke please do not say that it is fine with the plugin because the problem exists and I faced it with a client (friend) of mine please help me with this problem as I want to buy the theme but I am afraid from facing the same problem

I have the last version of the theme and is a really nice and well done theme! But when I try to edit a attribute with color on a woocomerce product the terms list don’t appear is this normal?

Well i have found the reason to many of your problems that appear around with your different customers websites and NOT in your demos. The most ridiculus thing i have ever seen.

I did a new clean install on one of my old domains. Installed everything from scratch. Then imported the shop2 demo which i am using in my other sites and found that site was looking not good but ok and similar to your demos. Still many issues to fix, like the mega menu where colums does not work, all show up in one line and going long way outside the container width + +.

Then i went into theme options and there i found 120 lines of custom CSS. I removed your custom css and ALL the issues as mentioned 100s of times before did appear???

How can you guys belive that when you release a theme update filled with issues (and you have solved all of them in your demos using custom css) that your customers should know about this necessary custom css????

Go ahead and remove all custom css from your demos, show your customers the truth and do NOT post here in the forum that you have checked your demos and can not find any issues as it is a BIG LIE.

Since v4.0 i have moved in 8-900 lines of custom css and now with v4.3.0 i need to move in another 100 lines of css to fix your terrible work.

For the SSL issue please use the Really simple SSL plugin, I hope your issue will be solved.

For the Attribute issue, I think you have not updated or uploaded the theme correctly. Please re upload the theme via Cpanel to avoid the file damage.

All site themes uploaded via cpanel or ftp. Latest install was uploaded several times via cpanel.

You can not see the issue other than if you click to edit / configure attribute terms the page loads without the terms list. Please check your forum and you will see other having the same.

OR simply check your code and you will see that too few arguments is passed. And this is causing the fatal error.

The fatal error can be fixed using the below updated code: Set these as empty: ( $tag = '', $taxonomy = '' )

You have to use these two elements showing in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/j7a5zm and set the Porto Product Category element setting like showing in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/j7a608 and then check your site hope you will not find an issue. But for all of that you must have some products on your site and Product categories assigned to those products as well.

After updating it to latest 4.3.0, there is a problem in Mobile Sidebar which become visible in Desktop screen just below Footer Area.

In desktop I have two Sidebar, one in normal position just left of content area and other is at extreme bottom of page.

In mobile, I can see a huge white space at extreme bottom of footer.

So temporarily, I switched OFF the Sidebar for Mobile from Porto Theme Option Panel (Option > General > Show Sidebar in Navigation on mobile: OFF). Its fixed the bottom area issue but in my mobile the Sidebar is not visible.

And also Could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

I have problems with transfer to HTTPS and template has more errors. My question is: 1) Is it possible to update template to some current version? 2) If I buy your today version 4.2 of template from here is it possible to transfer my content from old version to new version without looses?

more problems since this new theme update, now the product filters do not work as they should, on my site its almost completely random what products are being pulled in using the search filters, and, if, when on the category page and you click to change a filter it looses the category and just pulls in any random products, a complete mess now :-(

getting massive time outs on back end, since this update the admin side of my site is not working, pages wont load, unexpected errors :-( dont update anyone, this release is a mess it seems

Hi, just a quick question (welll a quick one, dont think i need to purchase support to ask something like this or you should place a FAQ page for such questions) i have on my WP site Porto version 3.6.3 and want to update to the latest version on this theme. I already updated to WP 4.9.5, is there specific documentation to show us how to do that, or as a i have a Porto child theme, just by erasing the old Porto theme (v. 3.6.3) and uploading the new version of Porto theme would be good to go for updating to latest theme version, same procedure with plugins like Visual Composer, Ultimate Add Ons and Revolution Slider (that come with the theme) ?

same thing with support ticket #26229 bug with Parallax and image as background with Show Divider …. still not fixed with this new porto version i reported this bug 3 months ago when on PortoVersion: 4.1.4… i even sent you a you-tube video about this bug…

support did say “Please wait as our development team is working hard on the new Theme update to compatible it”

ok … 2 versions later and the option Copyright Position Center is still bugged…. (Theme options > footer > Copyright Position > Center) when will this be FIXED ! have a ticket about this since 2 months ago support ticket #26836 Copyright Position Center bug!!

they told me this would be fixed “Sorry and I apologize again that this is a problem in the theme and I am forwarding this to our development team and they will fix it soon with the new theme update” it has been 2 months … still not fixed.
