I am having trouble translating pages created with WPBakery Page Builder. For example when there are Icon Boxes in a row WPML won’t detect the text of those boxes for translating. On other pages only a few rows will be detected by WPML and others not. Any idea what’s happening here? Would love to hear from you.

I have replicated your image, my site is set at 1200px wide but still not getting three columns.
If I change it to 2/12 it shows 4 across Like it should. But it wont show three across for 3/12.
No sorry this is a demo image to show you where are the settings, you don’t have to apply these numbers, to set three products try to set 4/12 and in the first and second responsive breakpoint set for example 800.

Having an issue with the theme on a new site of mine. Content isn’t loading initially. I have to hard reset my browser cache every time in order for the content to load. Checked with my hosting provider who discovered some JS issues and believes the problem is with the theme (i.e., increasing performance on the server side did not resolve the problem).
I sent you a support request about this issue with login credentials for the site.

UPDATE: You were correct! It’s the Ultimate Addons plugin. Specifically, the dual button addon. The plugin allows you to enable or disable addons individually (there are like 30 of them), and I isolated the problem to that particular addon. Should’ve known it was a plugin issue and not a problem with your theme (which I’ve purchased about 8 times now for different sites!).

Hi NewMarketMedia! We can only think some extra plugins installed that create some issues, please try to remove them all and test.
With my testing with plug-ins deactivated, using native menus and fonts I still cannot get the top-menu to display on mobile devices iPad/iPhone. I am using a child theme but I’ve tested without it, I don’t know what else to do short of re-installation of the theme, and rebuilding all my pages.
I’m sorry but if you have an odd issue no other users have, and I think relative only to this installation, we need to check your site. Moreover if this is, as I suppose, a new installation for a new website you should have also a relative license that give you also the possibility to access private Support.
It has to do with the breakpoints set for the top menu. At 960px the entire menu drops out. I’ve been playing with the main style.css but no success on the proper edit.
All I want is for the menu to show on a mobile device/iPad/tablet – it’s not a custom code situation – I really don’t want to have to buy 6 months of licensed support just to get the menu to show as it should. I’m not understanding why I’m digging through code just to get my menu to show on the website on a mobile phone.
I have an entire site put together but haven’t been able to launch it for two days because of this – the menu needs to be there.
Can you give me the edit just for this – to make it work?

Hello – apologies here is the site. http://amandlanet.net – every single plug-in is deactivated. As far as a ticket the only way for me to open any type of ticket is renew my support for $43.13. I’m not seeing any option for a private ticket. I’ve ever had an issue with this theme once before, I’d prefer to avoid this if possible.
Especially if the theme isn’t working normally out of the box on a fresh install

So as you said this is a new website you should also have a dedicated license that give you also 6 months of support and the possibility to open private tickets.
I’ve switched it back and forth from child theme to proprietary theme – the menu still does not show – I’ve switched it back now, have a look, no primary menu. And I am not seeing any error, I’m just seeing no menu.
Also, I have only purchased and used this theme on this site. There are other designers in our company so it’s possible another site was built with it, I will look into this, but I have only used this theme for this site, purchased for this site.
Also, to be clear, this is not a new website – I have had uncode running for a long while – this is the update, where the token key system is different. I had to completely uninstall the previous version then install this latest version, the updating through Envato and/or following uncode upgrade directions did not work and I had to uninstall and rebuild all my pages from scratch. So it is a new install of the version update.
All I’ve done was install the updated theme – why would I have to pay any more to anyone for anything, when it doesn’t work. It’s for a music group with a new release out this week and everyone is sitting on their thumbs because I can’t get help on this. I get it – the license is old – what I don’t get is why I’m going to have to pay again to bring me the standard functionality of the theme. I thought it would be something very simple perhaps a change in the theme settings admin but I can see it is not.

Anyway we provide support for all the issue but if only your site has a problem (the issue is not replicable in all our demos and all websites of the showcase) this mean this is definitely not a theme issue but something wrong in your installation, you can be happy or not but this is support, in fact we also verified the problem is a code in your child and at the time of writing we are also able to see your mobile menu, make us think you have deactivated the child theme as suggested or review the wrong code.

This is not a native features of Uncode but I think you can use any of the users login plugins. Alternatively you can use the native password protected page feature of WordPress and give users the specific URL of the page with relative password (it’s more basic then use complex dedicated plugins but effective).

One feature I am looking for is to be able to show an alternative logo for mobile devices. I have many client where there logo is actually tall and when we shrink down its really hard to see or it makes the mobile header awkward.
Do you know of a way I can upload my alternative logo and only have it appear on mobile devices?

Actually this is not a feature, sorry. You can only define a different logo height, anyway if you can show us your preview we can suggest a code to apply a different logo for mobile devices with a few CSS codes!

Issue report: Theme version 1.7.6.1 had following options (border, dashed, dotted, double and shadow). Theme version 1.8.1 seems to have missing “Style” options for “Divider/Separator” module. The available options are (dashed, dotted and double). The default “dashed” option makes a solid line instead of dashed.

I tried downgrading to 1.8 and still had the same issue. Then I tried downgrading to 1.7.6.1 and everything worked normally again.
I upgraded back to 1.8.1 and have sorted my “Divider/Separator” style issue by adding custom CSS to force dashed style. Totally weird that only that “Style” option is not working properly in my case. All other layout modules seem to work correctly.

Hello, my 6 month support licence has only just expired. I hope you can offer some advice. I am coming across a glitch that is affecting the Accent colour settings. The Accent colour setting is fixed to one green colour and cannot be changed, even the selection of default colours wont change when applied and saved. Changing the Accent settings individually on each page or clearing the cache doesn’t work, which is strange. I have had no problems with this theme until now. Can you offer any suggestions why this glitch might happen so I can resolve it, thanks

Hi I would ike to add custom font yo your theme. Does it work with plugin Use Any Fonts? I can see some instruction in your manual how to add the font but this is a little complicated so I prefer to use some ready-to-go plugin.
