Hi,
I have bought this theme almost a year ago and I still have some problems that haven’t been solved. Now my support has expired and the problems are still! not solved. I have not been as active as I should’ve been with this website, I admit. But I have asked about these problems when I still had support and no correct help has been given at that time. I have bought this theme twice and one of the problems is occurring in both sites. Could someone PLEASE help me, because this isn’t okay to me.

I have advised my clients to buy this theme, but I have not personally bought the themes, my clients did. That’s why I don’t have the purchase badge. If you can give me an e-mailadress, I can send you the e-mails that show that for one website, is still have support until august. And the other expired on the 25th of february. My last question was on the 19th of february, when I still had support. I feel that I don’t have to buy extra support for that website, since I asked my questions when I still had the right to have support… And they just weren’t answered or not answered correctly.

I have just switch from HTTP to HTTPS and started receiving this error:
Mixed Content: The page was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘http://code.ionicframework.com/ionicons/2.0.1/css/ionicons.min.css'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
I cannot find a reference to this in the source code.
I have disabled Ionic Fonts in the theme settings.
I have updated my child theme to dequeue and deregister font-ionicons.
I have reset the site cache, yet I continue to receive this error.

Hello. About 3 years ago, I made a homepage using a theme. I wasn’t using WooCommerce. Currently, we created the product page by activating WooCommerce to add shopping mall functions, and we are seeing an error where the information of the product is not properly displayed. Perhaps you need to update the theme. However, since we did not make a Child theme at the time of production, we wanted to update only the part of WooCommerce. What is the method?

Thank you for contacting. About updating the premium plugin, you can deactivate and delete VisualComposer. Then, install require plugin again. You do not need active or take care of that message active.
You can update VisualComposer with the license code. BUT, buying a theme which is bundled with VisualComposer (like our themes) does not mean that you also buy a license for a VisualComposer. The VisualComposer come bundled with the theme files and you don’t have to buy or register it. We provide updates on a regular basis after we test the plugin for theme compatibility we include it in the latest theme version, you can find it in the /plugins folder.

I’m having issues installing the demo content and I get a bad gateway error when I try to sign up for your support forum. I couldn’t do the one click demo import, so I followed the instructions to do it manually. The issue is I can’t import the theme options as my import/export page has no options and doesn’t look like the page in the instructions. If you use the VC pagebuilder to place or replace an image, the media-library opens “under” the page. you cant see/work like this… known bug?
