LIES, I did put one ticket down, but you negelected to write it was one ticket with 20 followups. Why should I make multiple tickets for one issue? I am replying as I requested help and got some 5 days later, Tey replyd in a manner that I was lying or at least incorrect in my statements. LIES. The template is broke and slow. I asked for help finally got it 4 days later, took a day and when they were finished they put an empty site on my website. Gone my website gone!!!! I asked for help. What they did is install there template on my system… What am I supposed to do with a copy of your template. All data gone!!!! And when asking for help they like to comment strange things. I got a mail yesterday saying I removed ther install. OFcourse I did. WHat should my customers do with your empty site with some pictures in it. I have worked before with authors from envato, build most of my own stuff. But when time is short Template is a good option. Now The killed everything. Site gone. customers gone!!!!!! I would like to receive a working template! Not as low as top deal even when empty an not populated wit images and stuff it is sooo slow. You cannot sell this to people. Only people who don’t understand could be happy. I have been timing. it costs over 40 seconds to load the site without pictures and stuff. this is not acceptable foor SEO!!!!! 2. You agreed that we can install the quickstart for you. Because it’s the fastest way we can help you to install your site to be like demo. After that you can replace the demo data with your easily.
3. After you do not want the quickstart, we backup your site with your old data, but due to the server config, we could not connect it.

1/ Currently, our theme compatible with multi-vendor plugin including Dokan,WC Vendor and WC Market place. However, we do not include them in our theme. If you want to get one of these plugins, you need to purchase a premium from the developer or download free version.

1/ To add different languages, you need to install multi-language plugin for your site. Now, our theme is compatible with WPML plugin. However, this is third plugin and we do not include it in our theme package. If you want it, you need to purchase from the developer.

About this problem, Our supporter checked and see that see that you use insert header and footer plugin to add some scrip code in the header. It seems this code is incorrect. Therefore, this frame does not work on your site.
