Hi, I have this great theme on my website and the problem is that every time I try to install the tagDiv composer plugin I get the following error: Installing Plugin: tagDiv Composer The plugin does not have a valid header. Download failed. cURL error 35: SSL connect error
I have Tried to extract the files with plesk but It didn’t instal neither.
I have the last version of the theme and i disable other all plugins
Would someone be able to suggest what steps I can take to properly install the plugins?

Another quick question: is it possible to add my own content to the top of a news category page? I.e. I might want to add banners from a banner plugin and also some text and images before the new items/posts in that category.

Sorry but for the moment categories cannot be edited with the tagdiv composer page builder so custom content for the moment can only be added using the php files and conditions added to the php files. If you are referring to the author template where all posts created by the specific author are listed, then yes, we do have such a a pge. Please check this example: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/author/admin/ If you need a list with all authors that leads to such a page for each individual one, it can be created in the tagdiv composer using the authors element which lists all the authors of the website.

Strange request I know, but it’s for a client: Is there a way to “disable” the mobile responsiveness? Basically, the client wants the mobile website to be the same layout/structure as the desktop site… thereby forcing the user to have to pinch/zoom into areas.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to disable the mobile responsiveness behavior, sorry!

No worries. Do you know if your theme at least has a function for the adding of the viewport meta? I would like to use a remove_action to disable that, if there is a hook associated with it. Thanks!

Unfortunately it will not be that simple. Our responsiveness is made custom in css and js for elements in particular. There is no single function you can disable and remove responsiveness. Sorry.

There is no option to disable the featured image in AMP pages, at the moment. That could only be done by editing the plugin files if this is required – https://www.screencast.com/t/IpClqCMJ3Iz Comment or remove that line of code and the featured image will not be displayed anymore in AMP post pages.

Sorry but the general modal image will not affect images implemented through plugins as they are missing the markup required by the theme modal image.

It is most likely a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Yes, we will be making the proper adjustments for GDPR in the next theme update. We have to wait for the new WordPress update though as we cannot make any implementation until WordPress releases the new update and implementation required by the new law.

We have encountered this issue before. it is most likely because you have sticky posts set up on your install. Please check the posts and make sure they are not marked as sticky. As for removing the section entirely, please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/

i’m using sticky post because my android app requires posts to be sticky to be featured inside the app. So, for now tell me how can i delete default recent post widget ? since i can create new widget to show latest posts.
