Hi, does Gravity form shortcode is compatible with “Column item” in Muffin Builder? It try to insert a gform shortcode but it’s not showing in front end.
The only way to insert a gform shortcode is to insert it in the classic wordpress editor and add an item “Content WP” to display it on front-end. But in this case i cannot use “Builder SEO” as i have to hide the content from the WordPress editor, so i can’t do a nice SEO job for this page. Best regards.

We are having problems moving the project from one domain (development) to another (final).
The content that was written in Muffin Builder is not imported (in the new domain), CSS files and images if viewed correctly.
This we have already done this process with other projects, but here I do not understand what is the reason that causes this error.

for complete site migration, we suggest to use Duplicator plugin. It’s pretty easy in use, quite fast and migrate complete website with all settings, media, content, etc. However, please remember to de-register the license before moving the website and when it’s ready, register on a new location.
Anyway, if you already migrated the content and don’t want to do this using above plugin, please use Mfn CB Migration Tool to change current absolute paths inside Muffin Builder.

This means the purchase code you are trying to register is free and has not been used for any site yet.
But I can’t use it. It says it has been used for another site. Thats the whole point im asking your help from rhe forst place. Why are you not solving my issue?
In such case, please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look and check what might be the reason of such weird behave.

Hello, I have a problem with portfolio.
I have created a page that I call / jobs and in the configuration of the topic in the url slug I put / jobs and when I click the url it is changed to / portfolio, what would this be?
www.midominio.com/trabajos but it leaves www.midominio.com/portfolio
Only if I call / portfolio to the page later in the slug I put / portfolio, in this way it does not change.
If some day I would like in another installation NOT to use the url / portfolio and to disappear from the search giving a 404 error which would be the way to cancel it? I would like to do it from the panel without having to delete files, touch function.php, .htaccess etc …

For privacy I do not see fit to send the keys to the minimum error that is found … they should be able to solve it since you are the creators of the template.
You can check what I say, if they make a page called / jobs and in turn the portfolio slug is changed to / jobs, everything looks good until you enter the interior portfolio that changes the url …
