This is a pirate version, this mean you don’t have support included. Moreover this is a super old version of Uncode (it will also not work with latest version of WordPress). Uncode is only sold by Envato.

Another quick Q: Excuse me saying this, but both Uncode & Salient seem to be neck and neck in regards to popularity and, I bought Salient a while ago, Something i dont see in your item description, Does Uncode have premade templates like when you click on “Backend Builder” in VC, then theres content blocks the author has made (not demo’s) more different sections one can use.
If you dont quite understand I can send a screenshot of what i mean.

Hi! Do you have Vimeo background? What version of Uncode? Woocommerce category display in previous woo versions was set in woo configuration > products > display After update it was moved to Personalisation options witch not want to work with Uncode settings. So now it can’t be changed to show only products in categories ora show products and subcategories :/

Hi! I have the newest Woo, WP and Uncode Them plus demanded plugins for Uncode.
I found that Apperance menu now contains options witch have been in Woo settings earlier, but Uncode overrides Apperance setings as its idea in the beginning. So after last Woo and WP update users have no option tu use settings as main product picture size in pixels, Thumbnail picture crop (1:1, user defined, original), Subcategory view in shop category view (only products, both products and subcategories, only subcategories).

If you are using a Visual Composer module with the Content Block method the options to resize thumbnails are inside the VC module itself.

I tried and tried importing content but I get always this error “Ooops, the Demo Content couldn’t be imported all in once”. I tried in different servers with different settings but still the same error.
This works - Import the theme options from the Uncode demo site - Import the widgets from the Uncode demo site
This doesn’t - Import the menus from the Uncode demo site - Import selected layouts and create your own custom Uncode import - Import all demos layouts and create a replica of the Uncode demo site
Any suggestion?

Hi there! Your theme is really great so far but I have a little issue is that when I create a menu in Chinese language, I can’t seems to change the fonts type and fonts size as they remain the same throughout when I change from the theme options But I can do that for English menu when I change from the theme options. Please help on how can I change the font types and sizes in chinese language in the menu as well as the rest of the page headings in such as h1 , h2 ! Thank you so much!

We are sorry but it’s really not easy to understand the problem you report, you just need to use a font that support Chinese language (not all fonts have support). Then you can just use as normally work in WordPress, moreover I really don’t understand what multi-language plugin are you using, please at least share the URL of your site and more infos.

I want to create my site and use Woocomerce for sales.
I would like to create a kind of plan where the customer will sign up.
This plan will be a package of products, with some alternatives.

1º When accessing the registration page you must select, how many products you want to receive per month. From 1 to 3. As soon as you select, assuming that they were 3, 3 fields must be displayed, where the customer must choose which products he wants from a particular category. Each product must be added to the final payment
2º The customer must select how many times he wants to receive in the month. From 1 to 4. (this option must multiply the total value of the selected products, by the amount of veses selected)
3º The client must select for how many months he wants to participate in this program. 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Multiplying the value by the number of months selected.
Staying like this: 1×3x 50.00 (assuming each product is 50.00) Total: 150.00
2º 2x (Total of the first option x quantity selected) Total: 300.00
3 6 months (Total of the second option x amount of months) Total: 1800.00

This process is not default from WooCommerce nor of Uncode, unfortunately I don’t know this kind of plugin (it’s the first request we have), my suggestion if you want to use Uncode is to ask the plugin authors if they grant refund if it’s not compatible with the theme you want to use, most of time plugins authors are fair enough so you can test risks free. We verify that you are building multiple unregistered installations and this is a serious copyright offence. 1) Does the theme provide a possibility to put a CTA button, say, on the first screen and when clicked it would open a lightbox with a 3rd party contact form? (Asking because I need to integrate the leads from the future landing page with my amoCRM (supposedly this official plugin will create the form I´m referring to https://wordpress.org/plugins/amoforms/)
2) Are there any ways to put a CTA button in the header (in line with menu tabs) that would generate a onclick pop-up lightbox with the mentioned 3rd party form in it? Like for the user to click on the “Call us” button and get a “Leave your contacts, type of required service” contact form in a lightbox?
3) Is there a way to easily install Google Analytics /Yandex Metrica (a Russian competitor) traction codes?
4) Does your theme support Google Maps API and does it support external html-inserted maps like Yandex Maps (standard iframe embed code).

1. This is not a native feature of Uncode, I know some users used some plugins to create a lightbox with Contact Form but I’m not sure what pop up plugins they used, sorry.

Hi there Thanks for your support so far. I would like to change my button text from white to black on hover, but somehow there are no options to change that in the button module. And the Uncode documentation did not show much on that. Hope to find out how to do that from you.
The button on mouse out is white outline with white text. And on hover, I want the button background to be white and text to change to black.
I’ve also used CSS to set the text as black but it doesn’t change.
What’s the easiest way to do this? Thank you!

When enabling pagination on the post block, I don’t seem to be able to choose how many posts appear per page? As a result, I am getting a final row with one story missing? How can I set it to show a full page of posts whilst using the pagination please?
You’ll see that this is page one, and there is two other pages of stories so there is enough stories in the system to fill that row…?

You have an option inside the Theme Options > Products > Contents to modify the products displayed but if you are using the Content Block method the options are inside the Posts module, it’s really not easy understand from the message what you need exactly, can you please show your page so we can understand better?
