The new phone field for members shows up in a very weird way. All other fields are showing up as a proper icon in line with the others, but this one looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/2ysaHba

I have tested it at my end and you are right it is showing like same as your provided screenshot and this is the default design of the phone field of the Single Member Page we have not set it like other social share Icons because those are clickable and take you to other concerned sites but not the Phone Number so that is why it has the different Design as Compared to Other Social Share Fields.
And also I am forwarded this to our development team as a feature request to change the design of the phone field of the Member Page in next coming updates.

Interesting style. I would instead propose something different. Make the phone look like every other icon, but show the phone number on tooltip. Make it a link with [a href=”tel:PASTENUMBERHERE”>icon], so mobile phone users can actually instantly call.

In version 4.3.0 , 4.3.1 and 4.3.1.1 in blog page featured images are not displayed so i had to bring back god working version 4.2. Please fix it.

I found the problem, when i erase .owl-lazy{opacity:0;-webkit-transition:opacity .4s ease;-moz-transition:opacity .4s ease;-ms-transition:opacity .4s ease;-o-transition:opacity .4s ease;transition:opacity .4s ease} to .owl-lazy{} which is visual composer element in owl.min.css now it works fine. This element is in many previous version of visual composer that means that you have changed something in higher than 4.2 porto theme updates

We have tested this issue in the latest theme but did not find it. I think there is an issue because of the minify CSS or may be the 3rd party plugin but we did not find it in our latest theme.

While browsing your demo sites, I notice that the header, top & main menu do not blanked-out or flicker when navigating through the site, that is excellent! However, while browsing through this comments section, some of your customers had listed their URLs (https://designxxxxxxxs.com.au and https://logxxxxxd.com/) and I was surprised that on these customers’ sites the whole screen will blank-out when navigating to other pages. On the later link, I can also observe the main menu shifts slightly to the right momentarily. May I know why is there a different in user experience?

1. Yes, you can easily set the mega menu by using the Wide Menu options in the menu. Please read the documentation here about the mega menu here: http://newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/documentation/#menu_setup2. I think it is happening because of their custom settings. Otherwise, there is no issue with the theme or you can check all demos one by one. We have installed the latest theme version on our demo sites.

Sorry to say that but putting widget in the header is not possible in Porto with the help of Theme Options, The live search is yith woocommerce product ajax search. You can configure search from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Search Form. You should select the content type to Products, Post, Category etc. as per your requirements.

When a product have variations and each variation has it’s own price, on the product page there is no price seen. This happens in some products, not in all. I cannot figure out what can cause this. If you add the product on your cart, the price appears fine there…

Is there a way to disable the feature image when using a slider? This is the situation that I have: I prepared a full-width graphic as a slider in order to display it in the post. Also, I set a featured image in the post in order for it to appear in the Blog, NOT in the post. In the post the only thing that I want is the slider.
What is happening? If I place both, a slider and a featured image in a post in your theme, it will simply show both. If I select the NONE in Slideshow Type in the Post Options, then it removes correctly the feature image and displays it correctly in the post. But the real problem is that it also turns off the image in the Blog latest posts listing.
Why if other themes do this perfectly well, why your theme doesn’t?

The developers of the Memberships plugin have taken a look and say this error originated from the theme in file inc/functions/woocommerce.php on line 562 where the get_{$adjacent}post_where filter is applied. Memberships hooks onto this filter using 5 arguments while your theme only provides 3. WordPress 4.4 introduced the 3rd and 4th arguments and your use of apply_filters( “get{$adjacent}_post_where”, ... ); should be updated to match how WordPress defines it to avoid conflicts with Memberships and other WordPress plugins. I am trying to import Shop Demo 12. In the importer I am getting a message saying:
"Your server performance does not satisfy Porto demo importer engine's requirement. We recommend you to use alternative method to perform demo import without any issues but it may take much time than standard import."In the System Status I dont see anything marked in Red.

HI, before i renew support i would like to get information regarding Woocommerce plugin and Porto theme. In Porto the prices in product page or shop are display with text “vat included”, but in the cart or in checkout page the text #vat included# is missing. I’m using woocommerce plugin in another template and there the price in checkout page is with text or if I prefer VAT is shown separately.
Is this possible to do in Porto theme? I tried every thing … disabled all plugins, reinstaled all plugins, checked the settings in Woocommerce … but nothing.

We’ve had the same problems today and the cause of the problems seems to be related to google change.
The main problem here is the last “%7c” which is | after the last font-weight and before the &subset part.
I’ve wrote a quick fix for the needs, because we can’t turn off the Cyrillic character sets as the websites are in Bulgarian.
As you can see it’s a little counter that check if it’s the first/the last and every other font in the array, so it returns nothing for the last font |
