I am a bit confused, i though the Google Map API is completely free. Because i hv been using Google API for free with my another websites. is there unlimited of credit in ur theme? Why it works?
Hi belvinip, Google Maps will be charged if you pass the limit of the map requests referred in the Google FAQ which you can read more details here https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/pricing/ But every month you’ll receive $200 of credits which means the standard number of requests monthly by Maps. The service remains the same as google explains.

- 25k monthly of street view requests
- 40k monthly of route directions
- 11k monthly of place details
- 10k monthly address autofill
- 100k monthly of static map on web
So, every website, and any other platform that uses Google integrated as Maps, Geolocation, and others will have the same impact of $200 free each month by Google. For mobile devices, some are free of charge.

You can renew the support whenever you want. But it’s recommended to renew it before the expiration time because the Envato gives you some discount offers to renew it before expiration. It’s up to you accept the offer or deny it.
A good idea is to extend the support for 12 months on your first purchase, this way during this time you’ll be comfortable while getting in contact with our support channel.

No, we’re not doing anything new per-se. You actually get $200 free usage every month for Maps, Routes, or Places. So basically you can still continue to use the Google Maps Platform for free with this credit and you can set usage limits to protect against unexpected increases.

Looks like your theme or more in “Business Dictionary”
Let me share with you what i wanna do with the theme. I simple want a them can submit Listing of Accommodation, Car Space, Tour Experience, etc. Instead of a business/store. I don’t need the OPEN HOURS page, and hope to have different categories in different type of listing. Is it possible to be done?
You can’t login, send inquiries, add a listing, and submit reviews because all the buttons doen’t work at all.

This theme has so many problems out of the box and the support is almost non existent.
I followed every possible instructions on youtube and read the articles. Still problems persists. I hope the devs can get together and put a simple and comprehensive how to videos with naration on how to install this theme properly. I hope the devs would take this constructive criticism to heart and put out step by step instructions that everybody can follow and understand.
Problem 1. Constant buffering when pressing page 2,3,4,5,6, etc., of the listing pages. Problem 2. You can’t type anything info of the visual part only on the text section is accessible. Problem 3. On the + Add Lisitng you can’t even type anything on the Description box because it’s not allowing you. (Sigh) I would like to add more but let this soaked in for a bit…
I have one more thing to add the Listingpro wp all import add on can’t automatically pick up the identifier like most theme add ons I have to manually input every single identifier. Why?

Hi, I have few questions, if you can kindly answer them one by one.
1) How can I visit the website from different city to make sure all that city listings are loading properly more for quality check once in a while (as an admin want to make sure how the website looks from another city)
2) I have 2 cities (Edmonton & Calgary) added to my directory website. If someone visits from Vancouver (which is not listed currently, and does not have any listing), and the auto location is active, what does he see? Would he see NOTHING in featured listings? Does the top title say Explore Vancouver?
3) Can we apply default city to all other cities where we do not have any listing (kind of redirect them to a city if that city is not in our backend?), so that our site does not look weird if someone is visiting from Vancouver and he sees no listing in that city?
4) There are very small cities outside Edmonton (big city). When we upload the listing can we change their small city name to Edmonton, and would these listings appear for visitors from Edmonton?
5) Do the sub-location listings appear under main location search? And can sub location listings be added as featured listing in main location? Example: a carpenter from a sub-location appearing as featured for website visitor from bigger city (parent city).
6) Can every city has its own featured listing?, so when visitors visit from Calgary they only see Calgary featured listings?
