thanks for the quick response – I should have said that ideally I need the menu or at the logo to be centered as per header type 13 – is it possible to combine the two so that I have a centred header with search in the main menu – or at least centre the logo – again thanks for the prompt and helpful response

You can change that search word as per your requirement by editing .po file from wp-content/themes/porto/languages.

You can only do it when you are using the Porto Product Category Element otherwise it is not possible because on an archive page it will only work with the Theme Options setting.

The new phone field for members shows up in a very weird way. All other fields are showing up as a proper icon in line with the others, but this one looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/2ysaHba

In version 4.3.0 , 4.3.1 and 4.3.1.1 in blog page featured images are not displayed so i had to bring back god working version 4.2. Please fix it.

I found the problem, when i erase .owl-lazy{opacity:0;-webkit-transition:opacity .4s ease;-moz-transition:opacity .4s ease;-ms-transition:opacity .4s ease;-o-transition:opacity .4s ease;transition:opacity .4s ease} to .owl-lazy{} which is visual composer element in owl.min.css now it works fine. This element is in many previous version of visual composer that means that you have changed something in higher than 4.2 porto theme updates

We have tested this issue in the latest theme but did not find it. I think there is an issue because of the minify CSS or may be the 3rd party plugin but we did not find it in our latest theme.

4.3.1.1 does it fix only the font issue? I cant see that any of the variable product issues are fixed.

4.3.1.1 version released today 08-May-2018 and the Font Issue is fixed with this version and we are in updating Process and soon you will find another update with some marvellous Features and with some extra Speed Performance :).

So if any one face the Font issue, Just update the Theme to latest Version 4.3.1.1 the issue will solve.

Hi, I need some more info regarding your theme:

1. Mega Menu:
Regarding the Mega Menu, can I create multiple instances of the Mega Menu? For example:
1. On the main menu
2. On sidebar-1 for woocommerce shop page to display product categories
3.On sidebar-2 to display links for “Products & Services” pages.
4. etc

2. Screen black-out when navigating to different pages:
While browsing your demo sites, I notice that the header, top & main menu do not blanked-out or flicker when navigating through the site, that is excellent! However, while browsing through this comments section, some of your customers had listed their URLs (https://designxxxxxxxs.com.au and https://logxxxxxd.com/) and I was surprised that on these customers’ sites the whole screen will blank-out when navigating to other pages. On the later link, I can also observe the main menu shifts slightly to the right momentarily. May I know why is there a different in user experience?

1. Yes, you can easily set the mega menu by using the Wide Menu options in the menu. Please read the documentation here about the mega menu here: http://newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/documentation/#menu_setup

2. I think it is happening because of their custom settings. Otherwise, there is no issue with the theme or you can check all demos one by one. We have installed the latest theme version on our demo sites.

Sorry to say that but putting widget in the header is not possible in Porto with the help of Theme Options, The live search is yith woocommerce product ajax search. You can configure search from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Search Form. You should select the content type to Products, Post, Category etc. as per your requirements.

I have a problem regarding the last update. (4.3.1)

When a product have variations and each variation has it’s own price, on the product page there is no price seen. This happens in some products, not in all. I cannot figure out what can cause this. If you add the product on your cart, the price appears fine there…

Any ideas?

It looks like any third party plugin confliction issue so please check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find an issue.

OR

It may be your some variable products setting issue so please check those variable products setting again which are creating an issue on your site.
