Hi wbmstrz! You just need to click on top to insert/remove an element from the list. Anyway if you have opened a ticket support agents will take care to support you. Just out of suggestion I see you write a message to the support and after a while you write more, note that in this way your message is moved to the top and you end wait more time.

No, sorry!- the shape dividers, not the actual dividers. Sorry for not making it clearer. Everything else works fine, and I’m not using any plugins but yoast + the ones that came with uncode.

Edit: I am able to choose a shape divider in Safari, but not in chrome for some reason.

This is the expected behavior, inside the breakpoints you have always even subdivision, in case you can modify the breakpoints to fine tune the layout (https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213456829#&gid=1&pid=9) or you can modify the app.js file about line 1024 (but this is something I strongly discourage).

No sorry this is not an option and I don’t a quick trick to make this working, sincerely I struggle figure out how a row should be sticky on mobile since the sticky row will make impossible to scroll the page, if you have some examples we can at least understand better and evaluate this feature. We have designed our post detail page to have a row with 4 icons (social share, bookmark, Play Video, Play Audio – Each Post has one video and one audio attached). In the layout, this row appears after the Header and Title, and before the post content.

As the user scrolls, we would like this row to become sticky, so that they have easy access to all 4 call to actions. Since, the content of this row is only icons, it does not take a lot of real estate on the mobile screen.

As an aside, taking full advantage of the power of uncode theme, we are designing the website not just as responsive, but adaptive – so the layout for mobile is completely different than that on pc.

Any pointers to make it work?

Ok understand now but we don’t have a quick code to suggest, this need a rework of the CSS and JS, moreover is different how the sticky columns works in Uncode on desktop, they are sticky but until you are in the same row (ex: https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/shop-split/), so you will be not able to scroll anyway. Sorry but we don’t have solution for this.

Anyway to debug please deactivate all extra plugins, then activate the WordPress debug mode (https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress), when you are ready you should see an error stamped in the page, you can also notify so we can check the code if you are not able to see the error. Since you have updated both WordPress both WooCommerce it’s possible you have a Memory Limit problem since 1&1 is a shared host (where you share resources with other users). Searching in Google you can see it’s also common on this host (link). Let us know!

No about this one I have no idea, as you can see from our videos everything is working as expected and we don’t have other reports, so something is happening in your installation, don’t know if related to plugins or server permissions. Try on a blank installation. Anyway I assume you are using the native Woo template and not a Content Block.

Hello! That is still somewhat problematic unfortunately, as the display may still go off screen for certain mobile phones. Also, even if it worked, the contents look really cramped.

Would it be possible to provide us some javascript code to place the quantity selector below the item name? It really is quite integral for us that a cart reflects the item’s quantity to be purchased. We can go about installing the code ourselves.

No sorry there is not a JS we can suggest, sincerely I don’t see the problematic issue you refer, just the padding are reduced on mobile to create room for all elements, in case you can also adjust the quantity field padding:
