Yes, it was removed as the implementation was changed. It is no longer needed. Simply place your fb id in the field and the counter should work fine.

Dear Devs, i found an issue using the standard “Post Grid” included in visual composer. I am using it to display 3 simple related post with a Basic Grid, into blog posts. http://frk.addlab.it/2018/04/01/east-riding-of-yorkshire-council-2/ As you can see the excerpt is broken. Any idea of what is causing the issue? Any help will be appreciated.

Page builders were not tested on posts in our theme. We only tested Wp Bakery on pages as mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ On posts you could run into issues as the one you receive. Please only use the page builder for pages.

Is it possible to place a theme switch on the top nav bar to show light / dark version of the blog? With a button like apple’s switch. Half of my readers will visit the blog at night and the other half during the day so I think it would be a great addition to have the ability to switch how they want to read the blog (light version OR dark version). Just like twitter have.

Thank you for your appreciation. Unfortunately for the moment there is no such functionality in our themes. It can only be done with custom code modification as the css will have to be shown for that particular user only that requests the black version, not across the whole site like the demo functionality works. It needs a whole new implementation which unfortunately we cannot provide. Maybe you can find plugins that can offer such functionality or you can hire a freelancer to help out with the code if this is a must have for your project.

Hi,
The theme will display the same menu across all the website, there is no setting to add/remove or modify the menu items in any way based on location.
So this could only be caused by theme modifications or plugins. Deactivate all non-theme plugins and clear caching or CDN if used. Check if this has any effect.
That grid seems to be big grid 5 but with some modifications possibly made in a child theme. The default grid looks like this

Please check your modifications or remove them, so the grid will work properly.

Thank you for the info. I need to leave the customization as is. Your theme will not display decent looking images without it. I have a work around by creating pages for all of my top nav items. Thank you.

Unfortunately in this case, only by fixing the issues created by the customization made can fix the problem itself. If you cannot remove the customization, we cannot help in this regard, You can try using another top post style for your category page. Choose another grid or no grid at all from the category settings.

Those would be the latest theme and composer versions. First please check the theme system status panel

If needed ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources. Additionally try as quick test to see if the problem is solved by deactivating all non-theme plugins.

If you deleted the fgeatuerd category you need to create a new one but It has to have a name: “Featured” and a slug named “featured”

Our theme uses the default WordPress user roles and capabilities so if your client will have an admin account, he will be able to access all of the theme features. The theme does not have any functionality to restrict settings for particular users except by WordPress user roles.

Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/ Different page templates will show different results. If you use the default page template and use a page builder for that page, there will be no breadcrumbs shown. The same goes for the page builder + latest articles template.

Thanks Bogdan. It works for homepage but I did create other menus as a categories and when I try to customize menus which they created as a categoies there is no part as you said builder + latest articles template. So thats why I couldn’t delete categories breadrumbs Best regards!

The breadcrumbs can also be disabled in the theme panel, but this will disable them for the whole website. To disable them specifically for category pages while displaying them in post pages, there is no setting for that at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience.

When using the page builder + latest articles template, the content you place in the page builder will show up above the latest articles section. Only on the other templates can you add content directly above the footer. The latest articles block will not allow content to be added after it/before the footer.

hi, I can’t save the “theme option”, it just keeps loading forever. any idea? We have updated the latest theme and applied new web-firewall recently.
FYR, Another related issue after the latest theme update: The layout breaks. we tried to re-save the theme option to see if it helps, then we ran into the above issue (can’t save theme option)

Sorry but the newsletter plugin only supports Mailchimp, Mailerlite or Feedburner. For the moment no other implementation can be used with our plugin. If this request becomes more popular, we will consider implementing it into our themes.

also have a small question to ask, is there anyway to put a search option or a sort,filter option for “team members” on tag div composer. i have a requirement to put 500 team members in one page.

Sorry but our tagdiv composer does not have any memebers are or shortcodes. How are you implementing the memebers? Does the plugin have a shortcode to list all members? A shortcodes can be implemented through a column text element in the tagdiv composer.

Hi When you activate TagDiv Multi-Purpose you can add team member element through tagdiv composer.

Yes, indeed but the members section can only allow you to add 1 member at a time and there is no sorting option as each member is a separate block. Sorry but there is no members element that allows you to add multiple members at a time and sorting options for them. I will add this as a suggestion for future updates though and if our development team decides on it, maybe we can provide such a functionality in future releases.
