I can not activate Porto Functionality plugin after update. When I try to activate it Im getting the error below.

It seems that Porto Functionality files are crashed, so please go to wp-dashboard >> plugins and delete the Porto Functionality Plugin and upload the Porto Functionality Plugin again from wp-dashboard >> plugins and activate it hope you will not find an issue if yes then contact us through our support system we will check and solve it for you.

How can you get the responsive menu to close on click when using the One Page theme? I see it doesn’t close on your demo as well. Can some Javascript code be added?

It is quite simple. Go to your own one page demo on a cell / mobile phone. http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/classic-original/home-one-page/
From the hamburger menu click “Projects”. It scrolls to the section on the page but the menu does not close. The only way to close it is by clicking on the hamburger symbol again.
I believe it happens because with a normal multi-page website the menu closes when page is reloaded but with one page design the page is not reloaded when you’re navigating between anchors.

Yes you are right on One Page Demo on a cell / mobile phone when you click on the hamburger and on a menu item it scrolls to you on the particular item section and it will not close by default because the page is not reloaded it works on the Id’s that is why you have to close it by clicking again on the hamburger icon this is the default functionality of the One Page Demo.
And also Could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

It seemed to me a bit daft that this function wasn’t working as standard as it wrecked the onepage theme.
I have now managed to get it to work by adding 2 bits of JS to the wp_head and wp_footer files using a free plugin called Custom css-js-php
Head needs:

BLANK PAGE WITH UPDATE THEME I did the update of the theme and after much searching I saw that there is an incompatibility between the theme and the plugin functionality, when I activate the plugin nothing works, everything goes blank, when I delete the file, everything returns to normal .

No there is not any incompatibility between the Theme and the Porto Functionality Plugin. Porto Functionality plugin is required for the Theme and it is 100% compatible with the latest Theme the issue you are facing is because of any third party plugin confliction or because of your server requirement not meets the latest Theme and Plugins minimum requirements and while updating the Theme some files crashed that is why you are facing an issue so please once again try to deactivate your site all the third party plugins and update the Theme again via Cpanel after making sure your server requirement must meet the latest Theme and Plugins minimum requirement hope you will not find an issue if yes then we have to debug your site and for that you have to contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details.

To change image size: To change this setting now on the front end you have to go to customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog and you can customize the store display from there.

You must need to regenerate the image thumbnails after making the change in size then after that check your site after removing the cache you will not find an issue.
After change the image size, you should regenerate all the thumbnails in Tools > Regen.Thumbnails on admin sidebar.

1.The activation of the Theme issue most of the Customers are facing has now been resolved. We have reset the Activation Engine and the activation process works perfectly now so you can register/activate your Theme easily with the same purchase code now.
2. Some of the Customers are facing an issue that they were not able to activate the Theme on Local host with the same purchase code if the Theme is already activated on the Live Server. So we have solved this issue as well now you can easily activate the Theme on Localhost and Live Server with same purchase code on the same time easily without having an issue.
3. We added empty alt tags for all images inside theme, because if there’s no alt tag for an image it may affect google page speed or search engine. If you wants to edit alt tags, so you should do that by manually. We just added alt tags for all images, empty or just that image’s name.
4. And regarding comments that Porto 4.4 is slower than 4.3.1 or 3.5: If customer updates the Theme version, Porto Theme check if it is the new version then it compiles the css files used in the Theme such as skin, js_composer, dynamic_style and bootstrap automatically when first load. It affects only first load for the site, do not affect any visits later after compilation done.

If you want to show the Pop Up form when your site loads then for that go to wp-dashboard >> mailpoet and creates a new form and then go to the particular page and at the bottom of the page create a new row and insert Porto Modal Box element in that row and then insert the shortcode of the mailpoet newly created form in the Modal Box text section and then check your site after removing the cache.

I am using Porto Digital Agency version.I have two doubts.
1. I like to set up an image to the main header blog page, in the top, just below the menu. I tried to use the “featured image” field in the blog page but the image does not display in the main blog header or in the posts header of every entry.
2. Also I would like to ask about to hide the post meta in every blog post beause the title is just display in the header, so I don’t like to repear in the content. Definetetly I only want to show the blog title in the header, below the menu, not in the content and not the meta content. I tried to hide using custom CSS but the clasess used in both pages are the same and I don’t if there is another way to refer that classes.
