it seems new update broke buddypress sites, purchased this theme for three different clients they all are complaining that members cant comment on buddypress. They all disabled plugins and issue still remains. Please look into this and provide a fix

I’m testing the e-learning layout, and the buddypress member carousel , even though it’s set to show thumbnails, it shows a huge profile placeholder image. Like as wide as the entire page. I have 3 members (that I created) it only shows ONE HUGE member icon. I have tried creating another fresh member carousel and the same problem continues. Any ideas what’s going on?

To be honest, I really regret buying this theme. After just having the time to play around with this theme, I found that this is the least likely I want to work with.. Very poor design and very heavy on usage system…

And the customer support doesn’t provide any refunds.. Now I know why they don’t provide refunds, because their theme is bad and that’s why they don’t offer any refunds..

After installing (not activating) the Kleo Child theme, the active Kleo theme loses the header customization – colors, menu placement, etc. Am I missing a step – is there somewhere I need to copy settings and add them back into Kleo and/or the child theme to keep the design? I only want to edit the footer.php to add code for a form, not change any styles.

I want to know if the following is possible:

1. Can we create two different member PROFILE TYPES that displays different things? Almost like having a profile for agency looking for a model and then having a profile for the model. Both must be able to register and pay according to their profile type and choose the type of membership they want to pay for. 2. Is it possible to approve a profile from the back-end before it becomes visible? We need to be able to do some background checks etc. before allowing profiles to be visible. 3. Can we create custom profile fields / questions (custom form) for the two different member types? 4. Can we add a field where a member attaches certain identification documents etc. before we approve and make their profile visible? 5. Can we integrate www.payfast.co.za or does this theme only work with www.paypal.com.

1. can you tell please how to align rtl the menu [to be right and logo left], and also the layout – side bar right and content left – it seems no matter what option I choose in layout – it stays the same. for instance, I’m now in ‘2 columns right’ option, but sidebar is still to the left. also in header options – I choose the logo to the left, but it stays on right, and menu on left.

2. also please, how to style buttons and stuff I couldn’t find in options – i attached screenshots of relevant parts – I need mainly how to change size and color, and some small mis-aligment in button [see in screenshots]
