I have purchased the theme. But as I install the theme and try to activate it gives error, www.dnnovate.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500. Pls help in this regard.

I hope you’re well. I’m having some issues with my Mobile & Tablet Header.
First time after installing my theme, I was able to use ’’icon + text’’ element and use my phone number for a quick call. Since yesterday I no longer able to use this feature and also my ’’icon’’ has changed its shape – from a nice circle mobile icon, it went to a square background icon. I have tried to check settings and find a solution, however, I was not able to solve it. Could you advice please? Many thanks!

I tried this, It makes a box under these three. I want one of the same size and in the same line.
It seems its because responsive setting for each row are different and do not allow you to duplicate one of them. Try this, First create new row with 4 columns then duplicate boxed inside new row columns.
Then edit new row and set this extra class “cz_gradient_white_down”
Then under Design tab in row settings set background color.
let me know if need any more helps.
I just fixed it. Deleted 2 Boxes, Left one. Increased Column Size to 4. and Cloned the same into all.

Great. I think issue is related to responsive settings of each columns, If you edit each columns and take a look under responsive tab you will understand why they keep their sizes and don’t allow you to add more columns.

In Theme Options > Header > Mobile & Tablet Header > Under Menu styles of this row, click on Menu Container StyleKit, You can change menu background for mobile.

- you can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).

Mobile header is different than desktop header, Go to Theme Options > Header > Mobile & Tablet Header you can find elements for mobile header.
For footer, you can find in Theme Options > Footer > Footer Widgets > Widgets

Hi there,
Its possible, You need to create custom Sticky Header. Go to Theme Options > Header > Sticky Header and set it to Custom Sticky, then add menu or logo or other elements you want to have in sticky header.
Also there is another way instead sticky. Go to Theme Options > Title and Breadcrumbs and make header position before Title and slider.
By method 2, If you only want it on home page, Also you can edit home page and from Page Settings > Title & Slider set Header Position after title.
PS. In this case, Your slider should be set on full screen from slider settings.
