Hello! I really need some help with an issue.
Is there away to get the mobile menu to display on an iPad at around 1024px and not 959px? The Theme works great but I can’t get this to work at all. I’ve tried everything I can to get it to work but nothing is.
I know this is not the best place to post this question but I can’t find anywhere with a answer. I’m using the Uncode theme.

Hello! Wich PlugIns for GDPR (Opt in/Out for Google and Facebookpixel) are compatible with your theme?
Hi Zinza! In the last days I saw many plugins and basically if you just need an Opt in/Out they all work. Anyway please consider that none of the consent plugins remove Google or Pixel from your code, these plugins just create a logic that then you need to implement to activate/remove some features. Anyway we’ll publish an update (today or at least monday), where you can benefit of an amazing consent integrate tool for all the main features you can use in Uncode related to personal data.

Can you tell me how to use the feature circled in the attached screenshot? I want to insert a media gallery using the Media Gallery section of VC, but when someone clicks an image i want it to link off somewhere. Each image has it’s own link, so say i add 10 press logos, i want each to link directly to the website for that item.

Hi, I have been trying to use the Co Authors Plus plugin with Uncode to show two or more authors for one post. It works, except that the authors are shown twice – once in the location where they should be expected, and once right at the beginning of the parent css element, if I see it correctly.
What I did: I edited this part: uncode_post_info() included in the file /uncode/partials/elements.php, where I replaced ’.get_the_author().’ with the plugin template tag ’.coauthors_posts_links().’
That sort of does the trick, except for the fact that the authors are now printed twice – once where you’d expect them, and once right after . Do you have any idea on how to prevent that duplicate (or hide it using css)?

No sorry it’s the first time we have this report and we have never used this plugin, anyway if you can send the link to your page I think it’s easy to hide with a a line of CSS.

With the new Chrome update, background video’s are not playing. We are still running 1.5.0 and no plans for updating to 1.8. Is there any fix available for 1.5.0 similar to muted fix posted on forums for 1.8v.

Will the theme be ready for the GDPR? It uses Google Fonts.
Hi yachtemoceans! Uncode uses Google Fonts just because this is the most popular option (and it will remain also with GDPR), but an user can opt to use any other fonts with Uncode, you are not limit to use on Google Fonts, for example you can use Typekit, Font Squirrel or upload your own custom web font, for example here you have a documentation that helps you install also Google Fonts locally (GDPR compliant). Hello, I was able to fix that issue. The other issue I have ran into is for some reason when I try to edit the CSS in Theme Options. I’m unable to click into that section. I can see what I’ve entered but can’t add or edit anything.
Hi bordegos, without the possibility to check the installation I cannot help too much (we don’t have other reports). I can only think you have some extra plugins. Just to understand do you have all these issue only now after 2+ years or is a new installation?
This seemed to only occur after the new update when the skin was updated with the new look. It gives me the same problem in Chrome and Safari. I haven’t added any new plugins since the update. I could give you temp access to my site if that would help!

Hi bordegos, have you also updated the required plugins? It seems really odd, this update was published about 5 months ago, this mean that thousand of users have update and no one reported a similar problem.
Hello, All my plugins are up to date as well as the theme. I’ve also deactivated all the plugins on my site except for the ones required for the theme and also tested it with all plugins disabled and switched from the Child Version to the Parent Version of the them and I’m still unable to click into the CSS box.
Hi, have you tried to re-install the update (maybe some file was not updated) and clear your browser cache? Otherwise please try on a blank installation, it will work 100%. Not sure why you have this but I can grant it’s not a bug of the new version, we daily use on countless installations and there are not other reports.

Hi ahimsaraffier! Unfortunately it’s not easy to help you without a check to your installation, as you said this is not normal. I can only suggest to verify that you are update with WordPress, with the theme version and that you don’t have any extra plugins. Hi, I am selling products using your theme. I have enabled the zoom function when I hover over the product image in product detail page. The problem is that it is way too zoomed in when hovering. I would like to lower the zoom function, Where can I edit it or change in code? Thanks.

This is a default and the original upload image is used, the bigger image you upload the bigger zoom you have and this is also logic since it’s generally used to zoom details. Anyway with a code like this you can reduce the image manually but it’s supposed in all your product page you have the same product ratio:

I like the Blog Metro Theme. My only concern is that the default text is grey and not pure black. This affects readability . Can it be changed?

I really like the Uncode theme, it has some great features. Unfortunatly I have serious problems the set up our Woocommerce shop within the Uncode logic. None of the most popular 3rd party Ajax Product Filters (like WOOF WooCommerce Product Filter, YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter, WooCommerce Product Filter by Mihajlovicnenad.com etc.) seems to be compatible with this theme. The theme related filtering options are not enough, I need a more complex, working solution for that. Can you tell me, which popular Woocommerce Filter is compatible with your theme?
As you can see here (https://www.frip.in/woocommerce-product-filter-plugin/ ) there are many specialized filtering plugins out there, but none seems to be working without uncode theme modifications.

Actually we don’t have any compatibility report for extra filters (or users I checked in the past used another plugin), what is true is that you cannot use these plugins if you use a Content Block with the Posts module and Query to Products, you need to use the native template (Theme Options > Products > Content > Inherit).

Hey guys
After Chrome’s updated autoplay policies, our background video have stopped autoplaying. I have read you article about it here https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214092169-Patches-Fixes But since we are running Uncode 1.3.1 and Wordpress 4.8.6, the “uncode/core/inc/helpers.php” on line 138 is not there. We plan on updating the theme and wordpress sometime soon, but until then, how do we ad the “mute” attribute??

Our warm suggestion is to update the theme and plugins and stay updated, you should have also big problems with the new version of WordPress if you don’t update the theme and plugins and stay update to WordPress core is the best you can do. Anyway you can add this function in the Child Theme:

Hi, I’m having trouble editing the menu and header templates with Uncode. I see this question has been answered before, but in a private ticket:
“Hello, I had a question regarding modifying the menu system or any theme template in a child theme. Most themes allow this simply by duplicating the page structure into a child theme, then making edits. However, this doesn’t seem to be the case with the menu or header templates. Is this possible with the current theme? Thanks for building a great theme!”
I notice that you were meant to add documentation but I can’t seem to find it. Is it available? If not can you please provide further instruction as to how to edit the menu and header templates. Thanks.

Menu and header are defined respectively by two classes:
-
unmenu()inuncode/partials/menus.php -
unheader()inuncode/partials/headers.php
You only have to copy these two classes, paste them into your child theme (in the file functions.php for instance) and those new version will be executed instead of the original ones. You will be able to add the changes you need to those new functions.

Hi Inshaaf! There is no field to upload screenshot since this wall is not a tool for support. When you buy an item on ThemeForest (Uncode or any other themes) you have 6 months of support and you are limited to build 1 single site with 1 single purchase: https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
This mean that if you are now creating a new website based on Uncode you should also have a dedicated license and so the possibility to open private support requests in our Help Center as you have done for the first site. This rules from Envato also guarantee that you are supported if you have odd issue like the one you have. As told we are not able to debug from a screenshot and a live page is needed so we can check what’s wrong in the code or if some extra stuff (generally plugins) are creating some errors.
