Hi,

I have always used automatic updates without a problem, but now if I let it update the site automatically, the whole store seems to break.

It’s just frustrating this would happen just after the extended support we paid for runs out and we can no longer use the forum.

Hey, so, yes, I have now tried it manually too and it still breaks. It just seems to affect the Shop/Woocommerce part of the site though. I have some screenshots… is it possible to share them with you?

I suspect that’s because I have since restored it from the backup I made.

I can’t just leave my online store broken when I have customers making purchases.

Every time I try and update to the latest version of the theme though (whether I do it automatically or manually) it will break like in the screenshots I have provided.

What do you recommend?

Yes, sorry, as per my original question “If I try and update to the latest version though the whole website breaks.”

I have since realised instead of it being the whole website, it is just the Woocommerce/Shop part of the site.

So, no, the current theme showing on the live site is not the latest version. And if I try and update it, it breaks.

We haven’t received complaints about this since the latest update, can you please set your PHP version to 5.6 or 7 maximum? (Don’t let it be 7.2) Also, please try to increase PHP values on your server like this

max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 256M;

You may advise your hosting provider about these, it would take them no more than couple of minutes to complete the task.

After that, please update your theme and see if the problem persists.

So our hosting provided made the changes to the hosting, as recommended.

I’m also now having an issue with some buttons on mobile so I have purchased the support again. I just need to get this resolved as quickly as possible and I’m hoping this might help.

I’ll open a ticket for this issue and the issue with the buttons on mobile but please let me know if I should keep looking for support here or on the Qode page.

Yes, now the theme is getting installed now but I can not edit any page from the theme. I can not see any elements from the theme.
