If these are theme plugins you are referring to, it means you did not update them. Please deactivate and delete the theme plugins and install them again from today’s update package. The theme plugins need to be updated along with the theme.

Hello, I have purchased the theme just a day ago. When I tried to upload images through my admin panel, every image is making 16-18 copies. I can check it on my C panel.
Can you suggest me a solution to stop the duplication of images?
Hi,
Those are not duplicates, they are thumbnails. I believe that is what you are referring to. When you upload images, the theme will create thumbnails for them. These thumbnails will then be used on modules/blocks. For example in our demo theme page, all the images you see are thumbnails

It is better to load thumbnails and not full image sizes. However these thumbnails can be disabled if you wish

Hello, soon after updating the theme, all the thumbnails are appearing to be blur. You can check with the website and check our recent post to see the quality of the images.
The images uploaded are of HD quality but still they are absolutely blurry. In order to cross check with the same, we uploaded images of a previous article and it shows the same result.

The space in the header reserved for the ad is limited, when using some header styles. The ones that display the ad next to the logo would be those.
Use a header style that displays the ad below or above the logo for example, then your full ad will be displayed. In case of Adsense you can leave the ad size on auto or select a desired size

If you want to use the currency ticker, you have to install that plugin. Next configure a ticker of your own with the plugin, as you want. Copy the shortcode provided

Then edit the homepage where the ticker is displayed and edit the replace the shortcode of the demo ticker with your own

I removed the default inline text element and placed a column text, in which I inserted the currency ticker shortcode. Then save the page and view it, the ticker will be displayed.

Hello, I have purchased your theme and its a great one. I have just one problem right now, in the social counter, at the main page i have my Facebook with redirection but with 0 fans! in the TD Composer options, i add my facebook app Id, the security key and whenever i press to get the token i have always the same error…. info message: Missing redirect_uri parameter. I follow the help to clean cache images and cookies, but its the same error over and over Can you help?

Deactivate and delete the current ones you use and then install them again from the 8.7.4 theme package.

Hello, I’m trying to use the Revolution Slider on the Newspaper theme. When using post-based slide option (image + automatic title), I have an issue with the wrapping of the titles : titles which are too long are not wrapped correctly, is there any way to force titles to use 2+ lines when too long? The woocommerce plugin offers the size requirement for the product images. The thumb is created by woocommerce. Please check the woocommerce settings under ‘product images’ for details about the thumbnail used for products.
