We did exactly that, as previously stated and have had no response, which is why I am posting here.
1. Contacted you through themeforest support page, no answer.
2. “Flatsome → Help/Guides → Premium E-mail Support” This still says that we need to upgrade even though we received confirmation from UX via Envato of upgrade.
is Flatsome theme : (1)supports Social Login?
Yes, it’s supported. Nextend Social Login plugin (free version) is also bundled with Flatsome.
Is it possible if I use VC page builder? will your element shortcode still be able to use?

Upgraded to Wordpress 4.9.6 and PHP 7.2 and now the categories and product pages moved have no images and the sidebar has moved to the bottom.
Seems it maybe related to the WooCommerce update to 3.4.0. Is there an ETA for the update? My client’s site is currently down. Wondering if I should revert to an older copy of WooCommerce and cross my fingers.

Hi, recently I have been receiving a lot of 503 Service Unavailable error whenever I am working on my website – editing a page, editing Slider Revolution. I’m only experiencing issues with this theme, and I’ve had a lot of experiencing working with other themes. It seems that other people are also experiencing similar problems.
I have already installed Heartbeat control, and at this point, I am not sure if it is a server issue anymore.
Are there any solutions to this problem so far?
