Hi, recently I have been receiving a lot of 503 Service Unavailable error whenever I am working on my website – editing a page, editing Slider Revolution. I’m only experiencing issues with this theme, and I’ve had a lot of experiencing working with other themes. It seems that other people are also experiencing similar problems.

I have already installed Heartbeat control, and at this point, I am not sure if it is a server issue anymore.

Are there any solutions to this problem so far?

Hello. I’m VERY interested in purchasing the Flatsome theme. I have a Woocommerce site and my current theme is being phased out.

I have a couple of questions:

1) Before going live with the Flatsome theme, I’ll design and develop on a staging area. When I’ve gotten everything how I want it, how do I transfer the theme from the staging area to the live site?

2) When I make changes within the Flatsome theme with the UX Builder, or other means within the Dashboard, how do I make sure those settings remain should I need to update the Flatsome theme later on?

Your theme is not using VC and Revolution Slider? Do your page builder and slider have function and feature as same as VC and Revolition Slider?

So I just bought it. And confuse on how to add text on slider and how to adjust slider height based on the screen. Also, how can I select whether this content item to display on desktop or mobile only?

I bought the flatsome theme recently and when I installed it and changed it for my previous theme I experienced an increase in load times.

The most noticeable increase in loading time is with the firefox browser, if you try to access the following url with this browser you can check what I say: https://www.masmamparas.com/categoria-producto/platos-de-ducha/

I wanted to know if this is a problem of incompatibility or is a personal problem of configuration of my web page.

If you could help me improve the loading times of my website I would be very grateful.

i want to buy your theme. but i see last update for 3 month ago!! and last answer cm 7 day ago! and You do not answer the user’s need to integrate with yoast seo plugin for 3 years!!!

I purchased the Flatsome theme earlier this year in February or March (most likely March), GoDaddy updated my WordPress to 4.9.6, but then I received an error HTTP 500, after 2 hours on the phone the tech found that the error must be fixed by the creator of this theme. I need this fixed immediately, as I have sent an email requesting an update or tech support to fix this. Please respond immediately. Thanks

Hello, I love your theme and commented that previously. I am having an issue though and it seems others had this too (referring to borbismedia comment). I got a powerful server, 1024 M in memory at the server and in wordpress, max exec time, vars, etc., and a decently fast site but the 503 error continues and persists every time I edit with the ux builder. It gets to the point where I can barely make any changes. Did you ever find the solution since the issue was posted a year ago? Thank you very much!

I previously contacted support but no one helped me about this. The contact support from within the theme does not work when you click on it. I just re-did a ticket with a loom video to show you the issue including the above. Thank you!

Hey Kalloni, I really love your theme and could not say more positive things about it! It is truly one of the best. However please understand my frustration as no one has helped me solve the issues I am experiencing with your theme.

I contacted support through the appropriate channel and Ahmed never got back to me for any of the issues I presented. Did everything, disabled plugins, gave him wp credentials, multiple loom videos, and no answer. It has been 15 days since I initiated the support request. Please put yourself in my shoes, it is not fair.

I would like someone that knows their skill to look at it and solve it. I can guarantee you this is your theme bug as multiple plugins developers told me so, and it can only help others as well. And in addition, the support ticket from within the theme does not work as part of the problems your theme has and did not get solved.

Feature suggestion: Improve filtering of the Featured Item portfolio. Allow to filter by only certain categories (instead of all at once), is a simple feature which brings enormous benefits. Another bug – If you decide to show only certain IDs in the Portfolio settings and have Filter activated, the Filter shows all available categories, instead of only the ones which apply to the selected IDs.
