Hi,
Our website is down and when accessing the /wp-admin the error is say missing files. So I contacted the server support and we found that the theme is causing the issue.
I updated the theme from version 13.8 to 16.3 and issue on accessing the /wp-admin is fixed but our website is display empty http://www.varsity-clothing.com/

Hello Guys, I was testing your theme together with WooCommerce and a plugin called “WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options”. The Plugin doesnt run properly since the WooCommerce updated its tool. Now the author of WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options is telling me, that the Bridge Theme is not compatible with their plugin and that the theme is buggy? So what to believe now? Thanks and Regards

Thank you for writing in. First of all, we find it really unprofessional to say theme is buggy because it is not compatible with any of plugins. We didn’t test our theme with this plugin so we cannot confirm compatibility. We will add it on our Features list, so based on usage and number of requests for it, we will consider adding it in some of next theme updates. Thanks for understanding.

Hey Guys, thanks for your response. First of all I didnt want to say that your theme is “Buggy” – I think its great but unfortunately that were the words from the author for the plugin. I really hope, that you can have a look at this in your theme and add it in your next update, because I believe that some other users have this issue but they are looking for bug Fixing at the creator of the plugin instead of also telling you guys, that there might be an issue. Please, try to go to Qode Options > Page transition and there set NO animation and check this again. It could be that some of third party plugins you are using is in conflict with ajax transitions.

You are able to set Full Width header and fullwidth footer on global level in our Qode options. And for each page by default will be used Default page template that is in Grid.

Thank you for taking interest in our Bridge theme. Yes, you could make your whole site first locally, and then to migrate it on live server. When it comes to licence, it is ok, too. You should just have site at one domain at the same time.

I’ve built a website for a client with Bridge a couple of months ago and she’d like now to add a blog. In the ticket #1350558, you wrote that there’s now a news template single post type (that includes post navigation) but I can’t find it anywhere (in Qode Options > Blog > Blog Single > Choose a default type for Single Post pages, I only have the choice between “standard” and “image Title post”). I’ve checked on another website that I’ve built with Bridge as well, same issue. As far as I know, my install is up to date (Bridge 16.2.1 and WP 4.9.6). Can you please tell me where to find this new template? Or if there’s anything to do additionally to get it?

Actually, the problem seems to be much bigger than that. I just realized I don’t have any of the Qode plugins (Qode News, Qode listing etc.) nor any shortcodes that have been added to Bridge in the last months. Someone (ticket #1341524) obviously had the same problem: after updating, no new plugin was added to the list of plugins (activated or not) and I got no message telling to activate some recommanded plugins. For info, I’ve updated with Envato toolkit, I don’t use a child theme and the parent theme was for sure activated during the update. Could you please tell me how to solve this? Thanks, M.

Hi, thanks for the answer. Does this means some plugins are installed only with some specific demo, not with the theme in general? If so, that means if they’re not necessary for the demo I’m using, they won’t get installed when I update the theme automatically either, right?

Yes, some plugins are needed just for some demo sites. So, if you are not using that exact demo, you’ll don’t have that plugins included by default. But you could of course activate those on a way we explained in previous response.

All right, I get it. Is there then any documentation about all the Qode plugins that are available for Bridge, with details about their function and use? I found out about the “News” plugin by chance, reading a ticket, and then I saw in the logs that several other plugins had been added in the last months but where can I find a full list and details about them? (I might find some of them useful for my clients’ websites but as I couldn’t find anything about this in the Bridge documentation and as there’s no detail in the logs, it’s quite impossible to know). You need to create translation file for your language and to translate theme labels – text strings like read more and others.
