Please give update with ‘Glue for yoast seo and amp’ plugin support. I find it useful with yoast seo standard plugin and amp plugin. There are so many setting options for amp. Include it into the supported plugin list.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case, clear all the caches and check the results. I have a problem when I install version 8.8. An error message 500 appears. Specifically, an error message appears and causes the site to crash when I install the includes folder. being absent lately I go from version 8.5.1 to version 8.8. Can the problem come from there? I try everything as soon as I install the new version of the site plus theme. And when I go through wordpress the CMS tells me an error too and that the theme can not be used. Do you have any idea of the problem? Thanks

Please increase your memory limit to 256 mb as the new updated requires a bit more memory and if you are under 256 and use a few plugins as well as the new update, you will need to increase it.

Hi, when clicking on “Save Changes” button on any Block on any page nothing happens, the button doesn’t do anything at all, so no changes are saved. In order to apply any changes to any td_blocks I have to change to Classic Mode and edit the block’s shortcodes content directly and then save the full page.
I have 2GB assigned to wp and double the requirements. This started since last update (yesterday). Tag Div Compose is not activated at all, I want to keep on using WP Bakery Builder as my only editor.
Any solution?, should I wait for a fix? I mean, it was working fine…

you can add a contact form in the menu with the standard menu as well. You do not need a plugin. Please check this cool functionality: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-menu/ Basically you can add any at all content from to the menu as long as you can place that content on a page.

what i was meaning though is to add the actual form in the menu so when the menu drops down, the form is there ready to be filled in saving the person going to another page?

You can create a standard html list menu if you know your way around html or you can use a menu plugin and import the shortcode into the page. Alternatively you can create a few buttons with the composer button shortcodes. There are lots of ways to go about adidng a menu to your page. I have two different menus in header of my site. One for mobile and other for desktop.
However, several times when opening the site on the desktop, it shows the mobile menu, and when you open mobile, it shows the desktop.

It seems to have something to do on wp_mobile (), or something like that. But unfortunately I do not know.
I need to see this with the Newspaper team or do I need to get help on some other channel?

Ads can be added to the template when editing it in the tagdiv composer when importing the template. Please access a post using the template for sharing to work .

Sadly no mobile theme revamp even with this latest update. All the new fancy features are good and well but are desktop-based when nowdays most visitors are using mobile devices.
Personally I’m ot interested in using AMP and I’d like to have more in-depth control and customisation of the mobile theme

Please increase you WP memory to 256 MB as mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ This fixed the 500 error in most cases. It seems as themes and plugins get updated, more and more memory is required for the proper functionality of WP and themes.

I use the Toolset plugin (https://toolset.com/) for my CPT management, including creation of templates. The Newspaper theme is hijacking this side of things and using it’s own templates for my CPTs. I really need to disable Newspaper’s CPT management. Can you tell me how?

Sorry but unfortunately there is no simple way to remove the theme template management. Unfortunately the theme will not work with every plugin.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin Contact form 7- used to make contact forms bbPress- forum plugin BuddyPress- social network plugin Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site WooCommerce- eCommerce solution WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
