Yes Project Description and Related Work Words are coming from Subjects and you can change it by translating your Theme translation files easily. If you are not familiar with translation then contact us through our support system with your site Login details so we will translate it for you with your required words.

I think you had set the Shipping costs bt forgot to set the Shipping Classes. You have to set the Shipping Class as well from Woocommerce >> Setting >> Shipping >> Shipping Classes. Hope it will help you.

I updated your todays new release but for the last three releases or so, I have noticed that there is a bugs in Porto product-category VC Component. The layout is completely broken, specially for Grid Layout as the Category Images become huge and so I have been force to use Slider Layout to show product-categories. In Slider Layout also all the Catgory Images are displayed in a row without any white spaces among them. Even the Product Counts are not working if i made it hide or vice versa. The product counts still shows.

We have tested our latest Theme and do not find’s this issue the Element works perfectly fine at our end on both the cases when using slider layout or grid layout. Please see the below attached screenshots:

And also the Counter works perfectly fine as well it must be the Third party plugin confliction or the cache issue at your end so please check your site after deactivating your site all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache.

It may be the Customization issue at your end which you did in your site so please check once fresh localhost or live installation of the Theme and test there hope you will not find an issue if yes then we have to debug your site and for that you have to contact us through our support system.

Thanks for your reply. one more thing I noticed that for every new Porto Version releases, I dint need to update the associated plugins. is it updating automatically now? How Porto Theme – Functionality Plugin get updated? Maybe that you didnt updated your plugins with last few realeases or so.

about 3 years ago Flag Could you change the colors in Theme Options > Skin? If it’s not working, please change the permission of the following folders to 777 or 755. porto/css, less, scss Please click save changes and check your site after refresh browser cache, wp cache, hosting cache.
I read through one of the message above. And I have the similar situation with porto theme that I currently bought. The permission is already 755, still the backgroud color of the menu does not reflect. If i change to 777, should i recurse into subdirectories and apply to all files and directories?

You can set it by using header type 17 on your site because it is the only header type in which the search bar align with the menu items. You can change the header type from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type.

Actually we have updated the Theme to version 4.4.4 on 08.06.2018 having some fixes you will find here in changelog: https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399#item-description__change_logs but we have not changed its version text to the Theme files that is why it is showing 4.4.3, so just download the latest version you will find the latest Theme with the latest fixes showing in the changelog.

After updating from v4.3.1 to v4.4.3 child theme settings are saved but not visible on site.
I compared a backup folder: /wp-content/themes/porto/css to the same folder after update and CSS files are not the same…
Same setting, but not the same CSS generation. see folder compare: https://prnt.sc/jryyafI saved again the settings (everything looks good on admin) but still, the correct CSS isn’t written.
I created a new child theme through the setup wizard and did all the settings again but still no change.
I disabled all cache and minify and still, the issue remains.
Do you have any idea what is going on?

I think it is the permission issue. Please set the child theme CSS folder permission to 777 then check your site. I hope it will solve your issue. Otherwise you have to purchase the support then we will debug your site and solve it for you.

Well… Since I first bough the theme, this is first time I asked a question about it.
It isn’t permissions. When I save, files are written to the css folder:
bootstrap.css, bootstrap_1.css, bootstrap_rtl.css, bootstrap_rtl_1.css, skin_1.css, skin_rtl.css, skin_rtl_1.css
The things is, those are the files with default values and not according to settings made in theme options.

For Removing Size Guide Tab: The Size Guide Tabel comes from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product Page: https://prnt.sc/iog8ke and you can see in the screenshot clearly that Block is being used to create that tab so go to Blocks find the particular Block: https://prnt.sc/iog8kv and just edit and change as per your requirement and as you said that you want to disable/remove the Size guide tab from Single Product Page so just remove the Block Slug name from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product Page: https://prnt.sc/iog8ke and check your site after removing the browser cache.
