BUG: After last updating WPBakery to the last version 5.5.1, K elements stop working. My page is all white. Your facebook group does not work as a support for people with problems. You keep telling “please open a ticket”..... No! I will not. Your support/help sucks. You knowledge base is outdated…... Its a shame, but one of this day I will move to another Theme. And I have all your product. But you support sucks

Also VC 5.5.1 update was just released today and we haven’t yet pushed it to our users.
Facebook group does not work at all. First you have to approve all posts and you did not…. at least in time. Second, when someone ask something your reply is always the same. Open a Ticket…... No use
Im tryinbg to find what is wrong but I found something. If you open the page its white, but if open it in Frontend Editor it works. Strange. No?
If you disabled K elements, everything shows but with error….... as normal
I tested it and it works in backend & frontend. It must be another plugin affecting it
That is why you open a ticket where our staff can work with you to debug

How can i set a custom sidebar for the BuddyPress profile sites? i tried it with “Content Aware Sidebars” but it doesn’t work for the profile sites – i still see the main sidebar
Hi, as I can see it should allow you to specify a different sidebar for profiles and any other buddypres page. If you chose it for profiles then it could show just on profile page.
i made a custom sidebar with “Content Aware Sidebars” and it worked fine with the BP content (for the member directory too) – but not for the member profile page (its not possible to choose a sidebar because there is no page for)

Yeah! Thats works for 99%. The costum sidebar is OK, but the it destroys the CSS for the “all member” widget. But i don’t care – i can fix this! Thanks a lot!

hi, is Kleo compatible with the new “Nouveau” “Template Pack” ? every time i select it under settings/BuddyPress/options and hit “save settings” it keeps reverting to the “BuddyPress Legacy” template pack. if not, can you please briefly explain your view on how Nouveau is intended to work with themes and if Kleo will support it any time soon ? kind regards. Hello, we are running tests and will make the compatibility for sure. At the moment there are still some integrations issues from various plugins like rtMedia that will break the design.
Hi. Is there a conflict with Kleo 4.3.8 and BuddyPress 3.1 ? I cant see or upload header images in the profile or the groups. i can upload avatar images but no header images. There is no upload link in the profile subnavi anymore …? And every time i open a group or profile i get the “buddypress/members/single/member-header.php” but not the “buddypress/members/single/cover-image-header.php” – but there a uploaded header images!!

I don’t see any user dash board. Just an “Add Listing” button with listing fields and a “Logout” button.

Hi, you need to enable our theme since two active themes can’t exist. One other option is to use multisite and have our theme installed in a subdirectory
How to install the buddypress profile pages because cant find it it is not under import demo stuff. What plugin is being used for user articles in this theme also

I am not happy. I am about to leave a 1 star review. Support is not support when we, the buyer, are troubleshooting our own problems. The theme is supposed to be compatible with buddy press. Please fix this.
Hello, KLEO is compatible with BuddyPress. As our support staff replied, you have a problematic plugin called Social Warfare and it is not related to our theme since it happens on Twentyseventeen theme too. Please try to find a similar plugin that works or contact the plugin author to fix it.
