First off – I LOVE this theme, it’s absolutely gorgeous.
Secondly, I’ve imported the Freya template, but because of the host not allowing enough time to import (yadda yadda), I’m struggling with the slider at the very top of the front page/home of the Freya template. Which slider has been used in the template? And how can I set it right beneath the main navigation menu, just like it is in the demo? My main issue is the latter question, I can probably make do with any of the sliders available, but the height question is a problem.
I hope I made sense in my request. If not, let me know, I’ll be more specific.

Congratulations for the theme, I have been using for quite some time and never had any problem.
But right now I can’t find a solution for this one: the logo file is left empty. I had one .png working fine for months and out of sudden, when I check the website, I see a hyperlink written “Logo”where it is supposed to be. When I go to the Settings > Logo page, there are no logos attached. Everytime, I upload the logo file and it seems to work, I save the changes but after refreshing the logo dissapears and it goes blank again.
My wordpress and theme are both updated. What could it be?

i guys, I have your theme since long and have loved the updates you have done so far. But can I say the latest theme adaptions have been sloppy coded for seo?

in any case; importing this theme, adding some pictures to it rendered this overview page as a F on gtmetrix. There is almost no images in this page….

When it comes to Blog Animated styles, you could easily edit this php file wp-content\themes\stockholm\templates\blog\blog_animated-loop.php and instead of full https://www.screencast.com/t/6RHf3QuhZa set some other thumbnails size to be loaded. Then, you’ll just need to regenerate thumbnails to apply this change on images that are already in your media library. We will consider suggestion for this modification. Thank you for reporting. Thank you for writing in. You will be navigate to archive page where all portfolio items will be listed. This page cannot be deleted, but you could edit this page slug from portfolio_page to some other unique slug.

I have been asking for support about PageBuilder, but it seems the option I need has been disabled by you guys for some reason. Here is the support thread with them. The option I needed is Grid Gutter Width, to reduce the padding between columns (15px by default).

I’ve just noticed that if I use Simple Blog List element with “blog list animation” enabled on a page (full width template), the page appears blank on mobile devices. When we disable “Blog list animation” the page gets back to normal. I don’t know if this is a bug but Google Console doesn’t display any errors either. Fyi.

Hi, I am trying to add a video with the most minimal interface (basically I would like to only show the play button, no progress, no volume, nothing) into a portfolio custom page. I have been trying with the PageBuilder video player hosting in YouTube, but adding arguments like &autoplay=0&modestbranding=0;autohide=2&showinfo=0&controls=2; makes it not recognize the link as a video. Also, it is a square video, and the plugin doesn’t allow to set any aspect ratio that you want. after struggling for a bit more, I found the issues I was having. I didn’t need to use transform, but I did need to use !important because for some reason it didn’t take effect without.
My last concern with this topic, if I may. I have the video exactly as I want now. I am trying to set a background image with a square in it, and position the video in the middle so it integrates. My issue is that I do not manage to show the full size image. The layer gets dimensioned to the video, and ignores the background size. I have tried with PageBuilder, and with Custom CSS, but I cannot make it work. The image is 1100×600. You will see that the video is already quite centered, but the image is cutted top and bottom. Suggestions?

Nope, that just changes the size of the video itself. Nevermind, I found a solution. Since it is raw html I inserted here, I created a new div over the video. I gave the 600px height to it, and worked perfectly. Thank you for all the support, really.

I’ve already updated to 3.3.x and am not rolling back. Besides, if you “tested Stockholm with 3.3.1 and everything is working fine” then why do you need to move forward with a new update for “full compatibility”? This makes no sense. Numerous template files show as out of date.
I use Flatsome and Avada themes for several other sites and they both get far more frequent, timely updates. I won’t be using Stockholm again.

Still a great theme, but I’ve run into a snag.
If I select the Woocommerce “Elegant” theme/style I don’t see any settings for fonts or styling options.
The first three options in that dropdown “Default” “Standard” and, “Simple” all have their own advanced configuration, but the fourth “Elegant” doesn’t seem to have any?
I can override this through css for now but I’d prefer using options to allow further changes through wordpress backend without css or editor.
Am I missing something? Or will you be adding this in future updates?

This error indicates low PHP version on your server. So, solution is pretty simple. Just contact your hosting provider to set PHP version to be at least 5.6. WordPress is recommending 7+ version.

Hi. I’m looking for clarification on using WP Bakery (formerly Visual Composer) within the Stockholm theme.
I understand the WPB is within the theme (Stockholm in my case), and WPB updates will come with the Stockholm theme updates.
For clarification, WPB within the theme does not include all features of the full WPB version – is this correct? I believe it is.
And since WPB is limited within the theme, am I able to purchase (and fully use) the full version of WPB, and replace the limited use version used with the theme (Stockholm)? without messing-up the theme?
If so, is this an “easy” transition?

Thank you for contacting us. WPBakery is our main page builder and it came bundled within our theme. Also, there is no need for extra purchasing since you’ll get the same package you have included in Stockholm. But, yes, we included WPbakery on a way it is completely compatible with our theme, which means that in our theme file we remove some shortcodes https://www.screencast.com/t/wUhWOqI7 You are able to remove this code, so you’ll have option to use these shortcodes, but please note we didn’t test all of them, so we are not sure if all will be working well with Stockholm.
