Hi AngeliaGrace, sorry but I think you don’t have this issue during the valid 6 months of support included with the purchase, so probably this is related to some extra plugins you have installed later, please try to deactivate them all, from the code it can be a plugin you have named Autoptimise (in fact it’s not possible to replicate the same issue in none of all other Uncode installations, just a few example you can test https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/).

This new error is the same above but for the woff and woff2 formats (fonts), in fact you don’t have these errosr in all server but now only in this while a theme error is reproducible in all servers. Unless I’m going about this the complete wrong way, I believe I can only customize the demo layout from Pages > “Portfolio Bureau demo layout” > WPBakery Page Builder.

If that is the case, then I don’t know why the elements just won’t stack upon one another like in the demo.

Hi anavasquez! We cannot define this a problem of Uncode, probably this plugin uses some CSS selector similar to the one used in Uncode and possible it modified some admin styles, with more than 30.000 free plugins is pretty impossible prevent this.

You don’t have this option since this will be not compliant with the GDPR, if you activate something (example “tracking”) on load before the user can deactivate this the tracking as collected user data. Before you can activate this you need the consent so elements that collect data must be deactivated on load. I hope this make sense.
