If you select a multi-purpose header, it requires the tagdiv composer plugin. Please change the header style to one that does not require the tagdiv composer plugin to work if you plan on disabling the tagdiv composer plugin.

Hi, the openweather API key is not working. Gives an error. Do I have to wait for some time before it is active? Or it should work within few minutes? What should I do if it does not work. I have added the API key to the right places according to the your theme guide.

Hi, your theme has a Weather Widget now. However I do no know where to go within the wordpress Dashboard or Theme Panel to actually set this widget. I went to the Appearance->Widgets and did not find it there.

Great theme you have here. Quick question. For some reason the “Search” on the theme is kiling my sql.
I need to disable the search on Mobile and desktop.
I found a way to disable on desktop with the code

How can I disable on mobile Plugin that you have?

Our blog still runs on newspaper 4.4. We seem to be unable to update to 8.8. Is there a documentation or do you offer support for that? (of course paid!)

Sorry but there is no specific instructions from such an old version of the theme. The best course of action would be to simply remove newspaper 4 and install 8.8.1 and start over. Try this on a staging site first. Your pages will have to be re-created as the shortcodes have changed much since then. The posts and other templates should be safe.

Dupa ce m-am chinuit sa fac tema sa mearga, am reusit partial. Acum ca tema e instalata si se poate accesa site-ul, nu pot posta articole. Cand dau sa editez sau sa adaug articol se deschide o pagina complet alba. Cam multe bug-uri si incepe sa devina enervant. Si nici nu pot urca imagini prin wordpress sa le postez in articol.

do you have lazy load in the theme or Pagination how it works for theme?

We have a ‘lazyload’ animation as described here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/loading-image-effects/ The pagination is described in this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ The pagination depends on the spot where you want to add it. On pages you can have infinite loading, next/prev ajax or load more button. On post loops and category pages there is the standard numbered pagination available as well.

A 500 error is usually a server related issue. Please use this guide and make sure you meet the minimum server requirements for our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Usually the 500 errors were gone once users increased the wp memory. Hi there, I have one problem. I can’t see my website’s actual name and tagline whenever I open home page.
For example, my website name is Right Brothers and tagline is ‘online tech magazine’. So, whenever I open my website homepage it open with name of – Home | Right Brothers. Also whenever I search on Google it doesn’t show me home page with different categories.

Please install the SEO by Yoast plugin and check under titles and metas. The theme has no control over the site title, but yoast provides options in this regard.

Same problem for me with this error:

Please fix it, my websites need to run without errors. If the problems will still be unfixed I will ask for a refund. It will be unpleasant but at the moment it is not possible to use your theme. It seems like a lot of people are facing this error, I installed and reinstalled WordPress and all your plugins on a brand new server but still not working.

The error occurs only if the child theme is used.

If the error is only with the child theme, it means you did not properly update the child theme after the update. The child them is the most common misconception on WP. Most users believe the child theme is update proof when in fact, the child theme files must be replaced after each update if they were modified by that update. You must check for modified files after each update and make the change in the child theme as well for proper functionality of the theme. No, the activation is a 1 time process. It will not ask for the code again unless you deactivate it manually.

Thank you for your interest on our theme. Unfortunately the theme by default does not have any options for push notifications, json-ld or front-end post submission. You can maybe find plugins that can provide these features, but we have not tested any such plugin for me to provide a recommendation. Sorry.
