i am facing some problem to make the website according my needs but that options already has on your theme demo options.
1. on your theme’s deal page shows the search option (http://subsolardesigns.com/themes/?theme=couponhut-wp) country and city based. but here it not works. BTW i have added google map API correctly. website link : https://www.melissakrestensen.win/deals/

1 and 2. Please disable any 3rd party plugins one by one to see which one is causing issues. Make sure that you don’t have problematic plugins installed. In the case of the icons, there is a CSS code in your theme that is not originally part of it:.fa, .far, .fas {
font-family: "Font Awesome 5 Free";
}
2. Please update the theme to the latest version using the Envato Market plugin or by redownloading it from Themeforest. The column problem is fixed in there.

Thanks for your quick response, i will look after the issue of Google map API. i am facing another problem, My single coupon deal page’s header image (https://www.melissakrestensen.win/deal/glow-touch-beauty-salon-spa/) is not fit for any browsers and devices (not showing the full image, maybe it’s cropped), even not showing the image in a mobile device too, what size would be the perfect for single coupon deal page header image?
The image resolution is 1300×700, but the header has max-height 500px. So depending on the resolution of the device the page is viewed, the image will be scaled so it fits the header.
As for the mobile image, we have uploaded a fix on your server that will make it appears again.This fix will be included in the next version of the theme.

How come this premium theme is slow, it takes much loading time compared to Genesis Framework or others?

The theme comes with a 1 Click Demo Import. It is an extension of the Unyson plugin which is also used for a Page Builder in the theme. Have in mind that the images from the online demo are not included in the demo as we have no rights to sell them with the theme.

Hi, there is no such options. Search deals works only for the deals titles and content.

Hi there, you should enable the “Show Download Coupon Link” option in Appearance > Theme Settings > Deals > Deal Presentation (Tab). Also your deal must be a printable coupon and has an uploaded Print Image.

Hi Sub Solar, one of my friends has recommended this theme to me as he is also using it… just a few queries I have before buying it — I saw that you have a URL structure for specific deal something like this – www.example.com/deals/bluehost-coupon — I want specific deals post to be connected directly with the site’s main URL — like www.example.com/bluehost-coupon -- No deals or any other navigation word in between… Is this possible???? IF YES, what will happen to the default deals page which is www.example.com/deals—where all deals are listed…. will it come as usual or I have to make any changes there as well…?
On your individual deal page, there’s this information about a number of sales and number of views… can i add these numbers manually? I mean I don’t want this to start from zero…
I see you have options for Expiring deals and coupons… but I will have most of the deals that will remain there for months and years… In short, I don’t want this option… Now, if I don’t add the expiry option, it will show empty space and starts with the short description. I want to write a small header in the box to start with, instead of keeping that place empty. Is this possible through some customization??

Thank you for the interest in the theme.
1. You will need a plugin that can remove the post-type (deals) from the URL, but this has a high chance to break something in the theme as it is not created to work in that way. Your other option is to hire a freelancer to make this change.
2. There isn’t an option to adjust these values. Again, you will need a plugin that can alter the post-meta fields (this has a higher chance than the above to be achieved by a plugin) or hire a freelancer to do this.
3. Yes, the deal won’t show any expiration time and will be always active. You can customize the theme to add an additional field to be displayed in the box with the short description or later the short description field. Also if you cannot do this you can hire a freelancer to do it.
Thanks for the prompt reply. Well, the URL structure is the biggest concern of mine.. I am currently using www.example.com/bluehost-coupon like structure… I just can’t go with www.example.com/deals/bluehost-coupon… as it will ruin all the work I did for SEO including backllinks, etc… Is it possible that someone from your team sort this issue… I am OK paying for it extra… But I want someone who has knowledge of this theme to play around with the coding….. This is very important for me…. and without rectifying this issue, I really can’t switch to this theme…. I hope you are getting my point… and also, even for many other users, who already have a coupon-based website… to have this default and mandatory structure would be daunting…. we should have complete control over site navigation and URL…. Can you help in any way????
Removing such parts of the URL is not that easy of a task when it comes wo WordPress. We suggest you hire a freelancer from https://studio.envato.com/ We as theme authors don’t provide freelance services. Thank you for the understanding.

I showed your theme to one of our designers and he popped up this question —as we can see there are different image layouts/boxes - Banner Images, Slider images, images on a deal page, etc. —do we have predefined image dimensions for these boxes that could work as the best without any crop , etc…. IF YES… can you share all those dimensions….???

- Deal Thumbnail – 400×470
- Blog Thumbnail – 400×470
- Single Post Header – 1950×1050
- Company Logo – 440×200
- Contact Page Side Image – 1200×1500
- Widget Background Image – 400×800
Also, please have in mind that the single deal header image section is always with a height of 500px and the Single Post Header dimensions are used for the background image.

Can you please confirm, if I can add variance option in the cart or in the buy now button, for 1 deal? For example- in one deal , i want to sell 2 dinner deals, like dinner for 2 at $20 , then dinner for 4 at $40. Is it possible to add this option or variance functionality within one deal? Also i want to add the option where a customer can buy multiple deals like , one customer can buy 5 quantities of the deal ,dinner for 2 ar $20. and etc.
So i need the quantity and the variance functionality in one deal. Please confirm if this can be achieved.

There are no variations available in the theme so I’m afraid it won’t accomplish what you are looking for.
Can i set a startime of the deal and the endtime of the deal in days and hours? I will set a page with coming soon deals.

Additional changes and extensions to the core theme files will be needed. It is recommended to contact a freelancer in such cases.
You can only adjust the end date for the deal, which is set to the end of the day at 12 midnight.

First of all, I am really impressed with this theme and I want to use it for one of my client’s project. Just a few pre-sale questions if you can help me with…
1. Is it possible to change default texts and headers such as Expires in, View coupon, latest Deals, etc.?
2. On the homepage, I want category box in the right hand side, instead of left hand.. possible?? Also, if I want to remove the category box completely, can i do this from theme settings?
3. Is it possible to change font and increase font size of blog posts and coupon information page? Currently, I feel it is a bit smaller and hard to read..
4. Can I get related coupons/deals section, under specific coupon posts? Similar option for blogs as well? If yes, how?
5. Can I customize sidebar for individual coupon post. At present, we have company information and location. If I want to add any other section like ‘Coupon Redeem Button’, Category menu, Related coupons, etc.? Can I get this through theme settings??
6. I am going to use this theme for coupon+review-based website, where most of my traffic would be from search engines. Can you confirm if the theme is 100% SEO-friendly and mobile-responsive??
7. Can I have Footer in full-width, instead of boxed as shown in the demo?

1. You can change text strings with a localization plugin like Loco Translate.
2. The category box is a shortcode that can be moved or removed.
3. This can easily be achieved wit ha simple CSS code that we can provide you with. There is a field in the option panel where it must be writtten.
4. There is no Related Posts/Deals option available.
5. The sidebar doesn’t feature such options.
6.Yes it is SEO friendly and mobile responsive. It is recommended of course, as with every other theme to use also a SEO plugin like Yoast SEO.
7. Again, a simple CSS can change this.

Also, I am not sure of your first answer… I don’t want ‘Expire Date’ option in my coupon listing… and instead of that, I want when a user opens any coupon post, he will see something more specific like the product’s name, etc., instead of the default text ‘Expires IN’ and then a time ticker…. Is it possible to do that??

If there is no Expiration Date entered, it will not be shown and the timer won’t appear. You can enter any kind of information in the box next to the expiration date. The theme comes with a documentation of how to set it up and a 1 Click Demo that will install an example demo structured the same way as ours (images not included).
Would be great if there was a way to edit the info in a popup that shows after the visitor clicks on coupon. Pretty stiff page editor as well.

In Register User as a Company I read that I need to do the following> To enable users to be registered as a companies, enable the option from Appearance > Theme Settings > Deals > Show register as a Company field on registration, but then in Viewing the Submit New Deal I read Registered Members Only. Important! Enable WooCommerce plugin if this is set. I’m confused. Please explain these two concepts. 2. What about Individual Users. Do they Register?

1. You will have to enable the WooCommerce plugin and also go to Appearance > Theme Settings > Deals > WooCommerce Integration (Tab) > Enable WooCommerce.
Also itoggle in Appearance > Theme Settings > Deals > Deal Submit (Tab) > Allow Deal Submit Without Registration.
2. Individual users can be registered or not.If a deal is selected as Registered Users only when created (or edited) it will be visible only to the registered.

In that case do not enable the option “Allow Deal Submit Without Registration”. There you can enable the “Show register as a Company field on registration” option. That way users can register as a company and submit deals for that company.

CouponHut doesn’t come with such function, you will need to make changes to the footer.php and probably other files. Please make sure that all your changes are done in the child theme so that any further theme updates don’t overwrite them – https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

4. It is not enabled for the demo. It is the default WooCommerce Register form where an email. password and a checkbox if you want to be registered as a company are provided.
