I am thinking of purchasing this theme but I can’t find the answer to my question. How many sites can I use the theme on?

I’m sorry, there’s not. This is how licensing works on ThemeForest. Each license is for one site.
Lightboxes on your demo site (http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/responsive-lightbox/) do not work on chrome (current version, no addons). They work on IE.

Hello I just downloaded the theme, and I want to upload the demo content of Ethos 1 (the reason I bought it) but there is nothing when it finished downloading. the other demo’s are working. I downloaded with and without plugins to test. plz help
When will the version of WPBakery Page Builder be part of the X THeme update? Current version is 5.5.1 but XTheme is still at 5.4.7
It is already out to our customers on automatic updates if your theme is validated. You can track the latest supported versions here.
My theme is validated and I am getting the following error message when I attempt to update via the dashboard. — An error occurred while updating WPBakery Page Builder: Update package not available.
I just looked at you link and it shows Visual Composer: | Latest Supported Version: 5.4.7 it does not show 5.5.1 is supported?

We always compatibility test plugins before we release them on automatic updates, in this particular case we have waited for 5.5.1 which was released yesterday. The latest version will be available within the next week after we’ve confirmed that the new version works as intended.
Hi Theme X team. I have the template and upgraded to Pro. I have a site I am already working on with different options. I am however keen to know how the menu on your sales page for themeX is made to stay on the bottom but then be sticky on the top. Is that an ubermenu option or superfly menu?

You could definitely do something like that with Ubermenu (it’s a slightly custom version of our own X navigation). You would also be able to recreate something very similar natively in Pro.

how to stop automatic updates of the theme? I get empty pages after the last update.

You have to manually click a link to update the theme automatically as it can’t do so on its own (some hosts auto update WordPress itself so it may be related to that). If you have any product related questions for the team or would like them to take a look at where the empty pages may be coming from they’d be happy to do so in our support forums.

Love the functionality… except….
Would like to see a more intuitive plugin update system. Currently I have to either A ) download the latest theme, extract the plugin I want to update, disable and delete the plugin, upload and re-enable the plugin or B ) Use an additional plugin to allow skipping the diable/enable part of the above but I still need to manually download the latest theme.
Please tell me that a better system for updating plugins will be introduced. There’s another popular theme that I use (won’t name them in respect for X) but they have a far simpler method and plugins can be updated through the usual manner.
I have 2 spare licenses for X but every time I go to use them I cringe at the thought of plugin updates and just buy another licence for the other unmentioned theme

We provide an automatic update system. When X is validated inside your WordPress installation you can update the theme and all the plugins with one single click, there is no need to delete or readd any theme or plugin manually.
I’ll have another look but the 2 active and validated installs I have haven’t allowed me to do this as yet.
Would removing and restoring the validation perhaps fix the issue if this is a new feature of X?
Something is definitely up with your installs as we’ve had this system in place for years and it serves updates for all Extensions and the theme automatically as they are made available. You can try revoking out the key then adding it back in, and if that doesn’t work (notices to update should start showing up in your WordPress dashboard to automatically update within a few hours), feel free to contact the team in our support forum, and they’ll be happy to take a look.

Hi, we updated X to 6.1.6. We had a problem with some font color, so we checked and see an update for Cornerstone. Updated it, it looks great in the front end. But we had a bug in the edit mode of Cornerstone. We cleared our cache memory, each time we tried to open Cornerstone, it didn’t work.

From the looks of it, there was an issue loading your style.css. There is a new clear style cache button added a few releases ago that should help with matters like this if they arise in the future (in the WordPress admin under options). Glad to know everything is working now!
hey, i have problem with photos in portfolio item. I using Grid. When I have 2 photos in item when I click to see next photo in this same item it’s not working, but when I have 4 photos it’s working, when I click to see next photo – slide to next photo. Could you help my with this problem?

So, I recommended X to my client, because he had specific needs, and one of those was to have a calendar of events, I installed and worked with Modern Events Calendar, however, I found an issue and was looking for their help page in codecanyon, the plugin is deprecated and no longer available. It does noe even show up if you search for it.
Is there a planned alternative for this with the theme?

1. You can achieve this by utilising a slider plugin like Slider Revolution which comes as extension with our theme.
2. We do not offer any functionality like this, you will need to add a 3rd party plugin that adds this feature or hire a developer.

Hi guys, I’m trying to replicate a page layout/design by selecting a template we built last year – but it refuses to load. Then I tried duplicating an existing page but the all the styling/layout is lost. I think it’s because of the change in ‘classic elements’ in recent updates but am really struggling to build a new page to match existing ones. Even the ‘Background image’ option seems to have gone. Can I have some help please?!
Hmm, that seems most strange. A member of our team would be happy to take in our support forum. Also, we did have a small issue with multiple background images that was fixed in a point release (we’re still in the launch cycle from our most recent release). I have heard a lot about this on youtube by 2 guys call them selfs Income School. I am waiting on a refund from a product I got on here which messed my site up so I am looking for a unique theme and this looks and sounds great. I will purchase in next day or 2 or hopefully later today can’t wait.

Can I just ask as well can you use the theme on more than one blog. As I have 2 main blogs.
The license is for a single use, so if you wanted to use the theme on 2 blogs, you would simply purchase 2 regular licenses.

Hi, I’ve just updated to the latest version and all of my full-width rows are no longer the full width of the page. The row ‘Row stretch’ setting was set to ‘Row stretch’ and it stretched across the full width of the page, now it’s only the width of the main content.
No other changes have been made. How do I get my rows to stretch the entire width of the page again?
Also, I’m getting an x.js console error:
