Hello dear,

I would love to buy this theme except for the purchase process. Buyers must now view the cart before they can reach the checkout page. Because buying behavior in my country often does not take many steps, they do not have the habit of view the cart. So I want when the visitor click on the “Add to cart” button they will see two options to continue shopping or to the checkout page without going through the cart view. Or they will be directed to checkout page after clicking the purchase button (Add to cart button in this context). Is there a way to solve that? Please check this site: http://porto.mustufakhan.com/shop2/ this is my test site and when you click to add to cart to button you will find pop up like this: https://pasteboard.co/HrWhSEs.png and you can set it from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Product Archive: https://pasteboard.co/HrWiwiU.png you can see clearly that there are two styles and the one is showing in the screenshot style 2 and the second is simple style means it will not pop up any box: https://pasteboard.co/HrWjkK8.png

There are also two styles of the Header Mini Cart Pop up as well and you can set it from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> MiniCart: https://pasteboard.co/HrWk41w.png and please see the styles: https://pasteboard.co/HrWlsnT.png & https://pasteboard.co/HrWlxq6.png

Sorry to say that currently we do not have a Social Login feature in our latest Theme but you can use any third party plugin for achieving your needs.

i am suddenly getting prices with .00 trimmed such as £15 (£18 inc. VAT) however other prices work ok £10.50 (£12.60 inc. VAT)

I have swapped back to twentryseventeen and the .00s are showing.

It looks like that your Theme is not uploaded/updated properly or your server requirements not meets that latest Theme and Plugins minimum requirements and some files of the Theme crashed and when you turn on your Debug mode you will see the issue, so please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so we will solve it for you.

Hello.. I have this undefined index notice that fills up my debug log now and then:

why Infinite scroll not SEO friendly ?

Sorry to say that you can not change the page URL with the infinite scroll. Your given example is the HTML site not the WordPress Dynamic site. While in our Porto theme we are using the infinite scroll with ajax so that is why the page URL is not changing after scrolling because it loads the more products on the same page not on the second or 3rd page.

i know but this is applicable and you just should update the url you are already update Ajax request url each time why you can’t update the url too, i don’t think it’s complex and this will added value to your them and it’s rate

Please edit the page and scroll below you will find the page options in it you will find the block is being used in the page content top section it means the section comes from blocks so you have to go to blocks and finds the particular block and just edit it and change as per your requirements.

And also you will find some elements when you edit the page just edit those elements and change as per your requirements.

Is it possible to sort categories when using the Porto Product Categories element? It sorts by title, ID, and so on, but dragging the categories does nothing.

Has anyone reported having problems with background images not loading? Seems to be a problem with Revolution slider. If I disable it the images come back. I have this problem too with some other themes.

I you are facing the same problem with the default WP and other Themes as well then it is not the Theme issue it must be any third party plugin confliction issue so please check your site after deactivating your site all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find an issue.

Thanks for the reply. after a little research It seems to be a problem with the latest version of Chrome. The same issue I am experiencing has been reported in various other theme support forums and is an issue with Chrome and not specifically Porto or any other theme. :-) Some devs have offered a temp CSS fix for the issue until a patch is released for Chrome. 1-I’ve purchased Porto two days ago, still can’t import slider revolution demos, when I import demo while installing the theme, error appears in the main page: Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias home-classic-video-light not found. Maybe you mean: ‘full-width-slider’ or ‘full-width-slider1’

2-What is the best way to import demo? you’ve changed the import demo position from theme options list!

3-Any Videos you have to support ?!
