Hi, I am having a problem registering on your support site. When I register, it send me an email and asked me to click on link to set password. when I click on the link, it takes to the register / login page. There is not way to set password.
I tried to use the forgot password link and it repeats the above steps. How can I obtain password to get some help?
My questions are as follow:
1. when create new product, it shows a size guide? How can I remove it? 2. I set up to use wide drop down menu – 3 levels. Online shop > drop down to show sub menu and sub-sub menu. the sub menu and the sub-sbu menu looks exactly the same, except it doesn’t show under line when hover, how can I make the sub menu bolder to stand out? 3. is it possible to show a different set of menu on mobile phones?

For Removing Size Guide Tab: The Size Guide Tabel comes from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product Page: https://prnt.sc/iog8ke and you can see in the screenshot clearly that Block is being used to create that tab so go to Blocks find the particular Block: https://prnt.sc/iog8kv and just edit and change as per your requirement and as you said that you want to disable/remove the Size guide tab from Single Product Page so just remove the Block Slug name from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product Page: https://prnt.sc/iog8ke and check your site after removing the browser cache.
2. You have to set it via Drop Down Menu Setting After we will make the support account for you then Please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check and solve it for you.
3. Sorry to say that but this is not possible with the help of Theme Options, there is no option in the Theme for this.

Philosopher Font I have choose in dropbox menu. Skin_1.css font family update but problem is that.

2. Yes, The filters work on all pages but the page must have the filters related products on it otherwise filters not work on all pages except the shop and product category pages.

we have bug in infinite scroll functionality when we order the products by price or anythings it’s load same products, the bug exist in your demo too

you have 14 products in demo page when you open the page without sorting the first 12 products shows after you scroll down the last 2 products loaded
but if you use sorting functionality sort by anything it will not work or it will load same products

Hi, thanks for your response but i think i can’t explain the problem very well to let you understand me
I don’t need support it’s a bug and it’s showing in your video, why when you scroll down while you are using sorting, no new products loaded or on others case it will load same products , you have problem on pagination ajax request url when you have others parameter on the url while infinite scroll.

Note: Please take a complete backup of your site before update the theme
Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps: Your theme will be updated easily.
1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.But First please make sure your server requirements is meet with the latest Porto WordPress theme requirement if not then please make sure to set first server requirements as given in Theme Documentation: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/

The product image’s on the productpage are much smaller (realy mini size) on a Mac computer the on a Windows computer. How can I fix this?

To change image size: To change this setting now on the front end you have to go to customize>WooCommerce>Product Catalog and you can customize the store display from there.

You must need to regenerate the image thumbnails after making the change in size then after that check your site after removing the cache you will not find an issue.
After changing the image size, you should regenerate all the thumbnails in Tools > Regen. Thumbnails on admin sidebar.
This is the only Options in the Theme for setting up the Image sizes for Shop.

Hello, I have problem with footer. The links in footer can’t be cliked when we have WP Chatbot, may be conflict with the styles. When It’s on moblie it’s work fine, but on PC the links can’t be klicked. What can I do to fix this?
