i found quite a few bugs that relates to the templates. customer support is not that friendly too. in my opinion it is not a bad theme, however it needs some good amount of polishing. i found the problem with displaying product page check this out… open this link in google chrome and in Firefox and you will see the problem. https://gadgetamigos.com/collections/recommended-products/products/20000mah-power-bank-external-battery-poverbank-2-usb-lcd the browsers render content differently. the buy now button on google chrome is rendered incorrectly. This link for example looks same on 2 browsers https://gadgetamigos.com/collections/recommended-products/products/nano-micro-standard-sim-card-adapter-kit the first link renders not same way in 2 mention browsers.

so, the problem is somewhere in the code and i didin’t got response from the developer for about 7 days. i don’t want to brag to much about this, however if i can’t get the response in time i think support is ignoring the problem. i got few fixes in the past from the dev with custom CSS as a fix. but the problem with browsers is big one i think. also, none of the collection templates are working, except collection template. no ajax template are working. they doo but page looks terrible as I tould before I don’t want to spam with bad reviews, how ever I feel like you are ignoring my emails. That’s all.

Hi there Can I have the shop page so that it has only 2 columns but like the Masonry (with all the product details only visible on hover). I want the page to be minimalist and with big images. Thanks, Kate

Hi, I appear to have had my support ticket closed with an outstanding question. Now when I try and email you I’m being advised you can’t verify my purchase even though you have previously and you have responded.

The query I was looking to get resolved was:

On the collection page – when a product is in ‘Pre-Order’ status the the button still states ‘Add to Basket’ so the customer has no way of knowing that the product isn’t available for despatch straight away (if they add to cart from the collection page)

Is there away that the button could state Pre Order – if the product is in pre-order status?

I’ve also added a metafield so that the delayed despatch information is shown by line item on the cart but I’d also like to show it on the collection page just below the price.

I’ve tried to amend the collection page code to add but not sure where on the collection.liquid I need to add this in – can you help please?

Hi I messaged about a few bugs that I encountered after using this theme for my shop for a couple of days. The first is the fontawesome icons not working for certain parts of the main menu, the social media share buttons not displaying properly, and the instagram social media section cutting out a few images.

Purchased the theme and I get an error message when uploading to Shopify…

Hi! We keep having issues with the Revolution Slider which the theme we relies on for the hero section slider and is a heavy feature of your theme. We keep getting an error when it’s loading the Vimeo video saying “Vimeo Froogaloop Api Could not be loaded ! Please Check and Renew SSL Certificate!”

Can you please assist with this issue?

Also we notice a delay of the slider loading slower than the homepage, is there a way to increase the load speed for this?

I have installed the Nitro slider and created a slide and got the Tea Revolution Shortcode. When I insert the sort code, it just displays that code under the top bar, but no slider. Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong? Thank you in advance.

I’ve done a quick search but can’t find it. We have a number of products that require a customer to add personalisation details.

How can I change the behaviour of the Add to Cart button on the collection page to force them to the product page so that we capture their personalisation?

For example – here’s the collection page where they can ‘add to basket’ -

However this product requires further information and therefore I don’t want them to add to basket on the collection page.

I have created a mega menu, set it to ‘hover’ however it does not show in the editor or in the preview. I hover over the main navigation item and cannot get the mega menu to show. What am I missing?
