As a designer for a food company, one of my main tasks is to redesign their website. From what we’ve seen from the demos, Be Theme looks great, but we still have some unanswered questions:
1.To what degree can we edit the theme? For example, if we choose a pre-built website with a menu on the right side, can we bring that to the top?
2. Can we combine elements from different pre-built websites? If we like the layout and style of one pre-built website, but a parallax scroll effect of another, can we combine these elements to make them our own?
3. Is the regular license of $59 a one time or recurring fee? Are there any other fees tied to this theme that may be one-time or reccurring?
4. I have one question about Be Theme’s capabilities. Is there an email I can reach muffin group at so I can provide images?

Hello,
My support has expired but I still try my luck.
So I’m trying to migrate the client main website to a new server (with new temporary domain name) and can’t get it to work.
I’m using the usual tool to help me : Wp Migrate DB, export & replace working fine like usual.
But when I import everything and check the site, all the Muffin Builder content is gone, and all theme options are gone.
I checked wp_postmeta > mfn-page-items and wp_options > betheme it has the correct data, even the row ID is the same, but everything is empty in the admin and frontend. (I can see all my pages in Pages > All pages but when I go and try to edit one the Mfn builder is empty and the page appears empty on the frontend)
I also tried directly exporting the DB from Phpmyadmin or a WP Backup plugin and manually modifying wp_options > siteurl & home, expecting to get my content but with 404 for all images but nothing, no (mfn) content, no betheme options, although they are in the DB.
I checked multiple times that I’m working on the right server / database, I tried deactivating all plugins.. Must be something stupid but I’m lost. Pls help
PS : I think it’s bit uncool that you need an active support license just to read the support forum, when you guys post an answer as a user you need to “log in to see the answer” but as I have never registered while my license was active now I can’t even register to your support forum. Just my 2cents.

Regarding support forum, for registration, we use Envato API that is checking if your support is valid first. In reference to Item Support Policy, 6 months of support is included for free and after this period, you need to extend it. However, we do always create accounts for users who’s support has expired so they can view the forum. Please let us know about it in private message and we will do it for you.

I cant seem to register my license key to another site, i dont use my old site anymore and it says i need to remove it but it doesn’t exist to remove it? how can i get my license key to work?

I’m wondering if it’s possible to create elements with the muffin builder and copy it’s shortcodes in to wordpress editor for using them into blog posts?
I’m taking a look at several frameworks / editors at the moment to get a glue for future projects.
So far I can say, working with just pasting the muffin shortcodes into the wp editor is a pain and not viable. Why isn’t it possible to use these shortcodes in the WYSIWYG way like working in the muffin builder?
Am I missing something?

Hi Tom,
at this moment, what you can do is copy shortcodes into wp editor as you mentioned above. You can not create blocks/content with Muffin Builder and then get it as shortcode and put into wp editor.

Is it possible to set the logo in the shop pages to redirect to a different page then home / ? I want to use the theme for a website that has 2 sections, corporate and store, but when people are in the store and click the logo, I want them to go to the main store page and not the main home. Is that possible?

since version 20, all sliders comes with pre-built websites what means that you can easily import them from BeTheme > Pre-built websites section. More details about this process, you can find in the documentation.

yes, i know but, and I did this. BUT, there are missing slider demos. The website demo is available. The SLIDER is NOT.
We are sure that all sliders are included. Please go thru import process once again but this time select slider only and you will see that the slider exists.

you got this message because you didn’t installed Slider Revolution before the demo import (there was an information during the import, which plugins should be installed first). Now, you have to go thru same import process but this time import the slider only.

We have sharethis included and if you think that this addon slow down your site, you can easily disable it by setting HIDE option for Share Box under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section.
