We included VC in state that is fully compatible with our theme. Yes, some params are removed, and we added our own. In wp-content\themes\bridge\extendvc\extend-vc.php you could try to comment out code for removing params https://www.screencast.com/t/F01uo6OAkyG

There is no such an option, to choose font and to see preview inside the backend options of the theme. You could check how google fonts looks like here https://fonts.google.com/

Thank you for writing in.
WordPress 5 will continue to use custom meta options, so all theme options will stay intact. Regarding new editor, it will work on posts and pages, but off course if users want same look and feel like in theme demos, WPBakery page builder is preferred and required page builder, and other themes with custom page builders will continue to use them. New editor is great improvement but it cannot replace features and functionality of custom page builders offered from different plugin authors.
So, there should be no worries about this.

Hi With the banner element in vc on some demos it hides the text until it is rolled over, ie demo bridge248 on other demos it shows the text and hides it on rollover ie bridge45, where can we control what this does, I’ve taken a look at both demos but cannot see any settings to control how this works nor any css. please can you let me know. Im using a demo where the text is hidden as standard but want it showing as standard like bridge45, (there is also an overlay) thanks

Thanks for the reply. I’m not referring to the slider. If you look at bridge45 under the slider there is a group of 5 boxes. These elements are called banner in vc. The title shows and disappears if you roll over the images. However on bridge248 the same element hides the title. I want to use bridge248 but want the title shown like bridge45. Where do I set this. Thanks
